I have a positive feeling about us making it into the top 4 this year. And with our recently found form, coupled with tough fixtures-lists for the other clubs, things seem bright. Anyway, is it possible that this season we could actually finish in the top 4 without winning any of our big matches in the league!
Bould but Necessary Risks This is a Guest Post by Nilo from A Gentlemen's Arsenal
Having watched the Munich and Swansea matches I realised that the Arsenal team was playing a very conservative game, keeping a compact formation throughout both matches. These performance reminded me of our first 3 draws this season, in the first 3 matches.
Why Qualify? We're Gonna Get Crushed Anyway... by Jon Shay
Some of the pessimists amongst us Arsenal fans look ahead to our second leg of the Champions League and anticipate a deeper drubbing at the hands of Bayern, and they also make the mistake of conflating our struggles in the UCL with a reason for why we should not even bother with qualifying for next year.
This is a blog on a very delicate matter. On Sunday Samir Nasri the most arrogant man in football chose to take a walk with all the Arsenal supporters with another idiot Chamakh to the City game. These two guys are without a doubt two of the most vain characters in the history of the game bar Ronaldo.
I became an Arsenal Supporter just a year after you joined the club, you brought a big change to us and we give you the credit of building a great team. It's seven seasons since we last won silverware and the team is deteriorating slowly by slowly. My only question to you is, "Where is the old Arsene Wenger we knew" who took us from shame to fame, who lead us to glory.
Arsenal will certainly struggle to challenge for any silverware this season! by Adam Kemp In
February Arsenal's end of year report stated ‘Arsenal holdings is now operating free of short
term debt' unaudited net debt stands at £137.05M whilst its cash reserves have risen to £115.2M.
Arsenal was in a very strong position financially [.
This is a Guest Post from Nashy, who is one of my favourite Arsenal Bloggers. Always witty. Always
tells it like it is! Life is full of peaks and troughs, and for Arsenal we have had our fair share
of lower-than-your-average-tart's-pants lows over the last few years. However, with the arrival of
Santi Cazorla this [.
ARSENAL FC by Ozzy AFC, Why do the board and Wenger fear spending money and allowing Investment
from Usmanov? And why do they allow us to be the laughing stock of the premier league?? There have
been countless articles on here about the on going Kroenke / Usmanov debate and this in turn leads
to [...
He leaves when he wants, he leaves when he wants, he's Robin Van Persie and he leaves when he
wants. by Adam Kemp In most teams a captain is supposed to demonstrate fierce loyalty, inspire his
teammates and represent the club's philosophies. Unfortunately the captain's armband at Arsenal is
signified as a price tag for [.
It's Time To Talk About Kemp – By JG This is the one and only time I am going to write an article
about Adam "the negativity spreader" Kemp. I for one am tired of reading his articles (which always
say the exact same things every single time). The number one reason I find his [...]
Is silverware more important than idealism? by Adam Kemp Arsenal have not won a trophy since they
took the FA Cup in 2005 and their last League title was way back in 2004. They faced the
humiliation of an 8-2 spanking in Manchester and an exit from the Champions League to an impotent
Milan [...]
Getting the job done by Richard B Perspective is a wonderful thing, not least because everyone has
a different one. Facts and opinion become blurred; things that are joyful to some are painful to
others. I am sure that the feeling of any Arsenal fan that saw John Terry's performance against
Liverpool when they were [.
This season has been a complete failure and if you think otherwise then you're just unambitious! by
Adam Kemp I can hear the accolades now as the once almighty Arsenal scrape third place by victory
over West Brom. To even dare to consider this an achievement reflects on how far this clubs
reputation has diminished [.
Nine positives that Arsenal can take away this season by Nitesh With Newcastle and the Spud's
results on Sunday, Arsenal are firmly in control of their own destiny where third place is
concerned. If Chelsea wins the Champions' League, then fourth place will be redundant, and its
occupant will be playing in the Europa League [.
The Arsenal fans by Vinay What makes a football club big? What makes a football club successful and
respected? If you answer money, if you answer titles, if you answer world wide reach, then you are
all partly true. What really makes a football club survive and grow big is its fans. The fans for

Arsenal eventually shows some defensive resilience and battle their way to consistent results. by
Adam Kemp The Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger must be delighted with his defence after the Gunners
battled their way to two consecutive clean sheets. Seven league wins on the bounce is remarkable
consistency given the fixtures that they have had to [.
There has been much talk about Robin Van Persie's delayed contract talks, but whenever you listen
to him it seems quite clear that he has no intention of ever leaving Arsenal. Today he has yet
again indicated his willingness to be at the Emirates next season by rallying his team-mates to
continue in this fantastic [.
Remember the times when people said that Arsenal would be lucky to get into the Europa League next
season. Believe it or not, it wasn't even half a year back... Now, times have changed. We are no
longer struggling in the bottom half of the table, we are no longer wondering whether we'll be in
[...]
Today's Guest Post comes from the ever-excellent Waleed from Goonerhead.com. Feel free to take a
look at his new Arsenal Blog after reading, and don't forget to bookmark it so you can keep up to

Arsenal's summer of accountability by Richard Hall As Arsenal's season continues to fall apart in
front of them, it is without blame that their fans look towards the summer, where perhaps new blood
can be purchased in to signal a new dawn. Arsene Wenger is almost guaranteed to keep his job,
amidst what seems to [.
To my mind, all that the Emirates seems to be is a great big question generating machine. As far as
I can tell we never get any concrete information from the club. Is our whole problem based on a
lack of communication. Arsenal fans are unhappy as we don't know anything about our clubs
direction, [...
Terrible Arsenal humiliated yet again away from home in Europe. by Adam Kemp After yesterdays
pathetic yet familiar performance I can officially confirm that Arsenal are a club in crisis.
Arsenal were outclassed, out-muscled and well beaten by an average AC Milan side. When I saw the
team sheet last night I thought we should [.
Is Wenger a Tyrant? And How do we Compare to Spurs? by Waleed So we've lost three in a row now.
Pretty awful. I'm a Wenger man through and through but you've got to criticize at this point,
you've got to ask questions. We can all agree the personal abuse is not acceptable, and so [...]
Greetings all. It has been quite some time since my last post so, naturally, a number of topics
have arose, which I would like to comment on. However, this could take several thousand words so
I'll try to be selective and condense. There is an obvious topic to start on; and that is,
obviously, the [.
Arsene is still the man for the job and I'll tell you why... by Kashmaster These last few weeks

successive league defeat at the hands of our most bitter rivals during the Premier League era. Once
again there have [.
I can officially confirm that Count Wenger has no reflection! by Adam Kemp Arsene Wenger reminds me
of a ghoulish Count Dracula as his management skills demonstrate that he has no reflection. Count

Arsene Wenger keeps going on about he will only ever spend money in the transfer window if he can
find "super-quality" players or "better than we already have". Well I personally think that it
would be VERY easy to find players that are better than most of our current squad! So I found this
excellent [.
Who Could Follow Le Prof? by Lorenzo Sallows I hate to seem presumptuous but the question raised is
a valid one. After the worst season in many years, questions are being asked and Arsene is not the
man to answer them. Do NOT think for one minute I am jumping on the back of [...]
Unfair on Arshavin, Unfair on Arsenal FC (By S.H) The home stadium erupted in loud BOOS in protest
over Wenger‘s decision to substitute Oxlade-Chamberlain for Andrey Arshavin. Even Robin van
Persie appeared to show his dissent over the manager's decision. The Ox had played a marvellous
game, and I too, was disappointed to see him [.
The Oxlade/Arshavin substitution IMO was based on logic and not emotion/sentiment/psychology; it
was based on ideal conditions and not real world conditions. IMO Arsene is very theoretical/logical
in his decision making. Oxlade was one of Arsenal best players on the day but it was his debut.
Wing play is extremely hard work at the top [.
Arsene Wenger is the most ignorant manager in the Premier League which has been the sole catalyst
for the severe lack of success on the pitch. The performance against Manchester United demonstrates
some valid points about the inefficient management style of Wenger. He is a very stubborn man and
sticks to some philosophies that will [.
No Sell No Buy (By S.H) With 11 days left in the Winter transfer season, Arsenal still haven't
signed anyone. Arsene Wenger, as we know, is verbally parsimonious and enigmatic about recruitment.
You'd never beat him in a board game of "Guess Who." There are a plethora of Arsenal transfer
rumours, linking a myriad of [.
The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help me god! By Toby With so much turmoil

ARSENE WENGER IS NOT CHUFFING ABOUT THIS SEASON by Nashy "I believe any player or any employee has to defend the company he works for and if he's not completely happy with it he has to go somewhere else." Nicks' note: We have a Liverpool post for you today. Rather like the
transfer of Oussama Assaidi, this one is completely out of the blue.
Moonmoon, a writer for Sports Illustrated India, has written for BigFourZa
before; and she comes out of cryogenic sleep here to stop the bad press about Joe Allen.
After losing the title to Manchester City on the last day of the season, Sir Alex Ferguson has
jumped straight into the transfer market and bought in Shinji Kagawa and Nick Powell. Like last
season...

This'll probably be the end of this site. Who the hell lets a Chelsea fan write on their
Spurs blog, anyway? Well put the flaming torches and pitch forks away, folks. This one cometh in
peace and he's here to save the world. One person at a time. Trailer Trash's Harry Thompson talks
racism...
This being a Spurs site, and I, ahem, being a Chelsea supporter, I understand the absurdity of
the task writing for an audience that already hates me.
