Tonight the transfer deadline passed with FC Barcelona making three moves, all of which were no surprise.

Since the end of last season there had been talk that Eidur Gudjohnsen would be leaving the club because he was unhappy with the amount of playing time he was receiving under Pep Guardiola.

West Ham Could Snap Up Former Real Madrid Veteran

Michel Salgado is keen on trying his luck in England with West Ham United after leaving Real Madrid, and he could potentially replace Lucas Neill at Upton Park, according to a report in The People.

Thierry Henry misses a pretty easy chance in the 28' minute after being put through by Messi. Chivas come back strongly with a goal as Ramon Morales was on target to forcefully head the ball past Victor Valdes in the 50th minute from a pass by Xavier Baez. Barca were able to force a draw 14 minutes later as Dani Alves looped a dipping cross across goal that took the defense by surprise but found Bojan Krkic on the left.

Lionel Messi put on a performance in front of a sold out Qwest Field in Seattle on Wednesday night. The Argentine had to battle the bad pitch with the grass being overgrown and hindering ball movement but it took him 20 minutes to get the hang of things. He beat the Seattle keeper Keller in the 20th with a shot from the corner of the box, just after Keller had denied him just minutes earlier.

Head coach Pep Guardiola announced the 26 players that will be making the trip to the United States for the US Tour. Two names missing from the list are Alexander Hleb and Martín Cáceres both who are rumored to be going out on loan for next season.

The 26 players are:
