Greetings, Dynamo fans. As we are all well aware, our beloved Orange fell short of the 2009
championship. It was a valiant effort against David Beckham and the LA Galaxy. Watching from
Houston, the Dynamo played well on Friday night, but early Saturday was a different story.
As midnight passed, LA took advantage of two costly fouls by Ricardo Clark.

Greetings, Dynamo fans. I haven't written in awhile. It's partly because my internet closes out
90% of the time I try to access the site, but mostly because soccer (or MLS) hasn't held my
interest.
I am fairly new to soccer so I was hoping this blog would chronicle my growing appreciation and
understanding of the sport.

Ok, so Chelsea scored 5 goals today in a shutout of Blackburn, and Tottenham lost to Stoke
City. Plus, Aston Villa drew with Wolverhampton. I don't get it...
This is the kind of league that should be easy to peg. Honestly. How hard is it for Chelsea
to pick a direction? If they beat Blackburn 5-0 how come they can't beat Aston Villa or Liverpool
(other teams that aren't as good as them)?

Greetings loyal readers...
I apologize for the lack on content lately, I've been rather busy working on some various business
issues and now I've managed to catch a light respiratory infection. Basically my creativity and
drive to write are a bit zapped at the moment, but I should be better soon.

Greetings from the nation's capital. It's been what seems like months of build up to this
evening. Barbs have been traded between each club, helping to spawn one of the biggest marketing
campaigns for an Open Cup final.
More than a month after the U.S. Open Cup semifinals concluded, the Dewar Cup will finally be
awarded tonight.

Greetings from a sunny Chicago. I should be looking out on Lake Michigan basking in a great win for
the Rapids but a crazy last 20 minutes put paid to that. The team is a few blocks away no doubt
also musing on the one that got away. I shouldn't think there is much happy conversation over the
scrambled eggs this morning.

Greetings CaughtOffside visitors, we had some technical issues that were affecting Internet
Explorer Users, but we think its all okay now. This occurred as a result of some idiot messing
around in parts of the inner workings of the site when he had no idea what he was doing. That
person knows who they are and shall remain nameless, unless of course they repeat this stupidity in
which case they will be made a laughing stock across the the world wide web, you have been
warned.

While most of the Blaugrana world was caught up in the excitement of Ibrahimovic's presentation, an
odd training session took place yesterday with Barca coach Pep Guardiola and ten players in
attendance: Pique, Puyol, Iniesta, Xavi, Busquets and Dani Alves returning from thier international
leave; as well as Marquez, Maxwell, Henry and Hleb who are recovering from injury.

Belated greetings from Carson on a day the Sol is celebrating the game that spawned WPS and the
U.S. men are catching their breath after seeing everything go exactly right in South Africa (that
"we'll take it" look on Coach Bob Bradley's face at game's end said it all).
Runaway WPS leaders the Sol have never even conceded a goal to FC Gold Pride winning two
previous encounters 1-0 and 2-0.

Greetings from Chicago! I wasn't able to post anything last night due to the combination of a long
workday and my early morning flight from Phoenix, so here are my thoughts on Wednesday night's
match: - The plastic pitch at Saprissa is as big a home advantage for Costa Rica as playing at
Azteca is for Mexico.

Greetings from India everyone. Why, you ask, am I in India during the hottest part of their year?
Surprise, the answer ISN'T that I'm something of an idiot . Now, I'm not ruling out the possibility
that I am in fact something of an idiot but I'm here for work so at least in THIS instance, that's
not the reason.

Greetings soccer fans,
Just watched some Stoke V Hull this morning and lets just say the quality was Coca Cola
Championship level at best. But in the end Stoke came away 2-1 winners.
Personally I wanted Hull to do well this season. They make it up through the Playoff win 6 of their
9 games and now they can't buy a result.

Greetings. I'm at Home Depot Center and the Chivas-Seattle game is just kicking off. I'll be on
here during the match and afterward. Probably won't do a minute-by-minute recap of the action but
I'll chime in accordingly. I've got just the two stories to write and file at the whistle so I
won't be as busy as usual, though I could always find things to occupy my time.

Greetings all, just wanted to stop in and let you know about the latest book for your Kansas City
Wizards reading library. As many of you know, goalkeeper Kevin Hartman penned a children's book
about a fearless young feline, Boots, who becomes a star-caliber goalkeeper in spite of many
odds.
Well, your chance to own this fun piece of children's literature is here.

Bank holiday Monday greetings to you all.
So Hamburg won the Emirates Cup yesterday. Their 3-0 victory over Juventus meant Arsenal had to
beat Real Madrid by 4 goals which was never going to happen.
In the end it was just the 1-0 to the Arsenal but it was a deserved victory.
