What are the odds Suarez's ban is cut? Derek McGovern's Bets of the Day
It looks almost certain Luis Suarez will appeal against his eight-match ban. He's appealed for
everything else this season. Before I comment further it's important to stress that no race is
better than any other, with the possible exception of the Grand National and any other race in
which I've backed the winner.
Er... Crissy? You wouldn't be checking yourself out on the stadium JumboTron like we were, huh?

We are to tennis what hats are to Ladies' Day at Grand National. As a matter of fact, we're
thinking of upping our court side attendance at more matches in the near future especially at the
ones that take place in Madrid and London.
OK by now most of y'all have probably figured out my musical taste and you either think I'm a vapid
snob who tries to hard or you are just as superficial as I am and find the company delightful.
If you fall into the latter try and take in Gardens & Villa's "Star Fire Power" in it's entirety as
it's one of those tracks that builds slowly until it smolders.
Joe and Carly Cole took in The Grand National at Aintree today and as you can see, Carly's never
looked better. (So far, WAGs are two for two at Aintree dressing.) They joined a host of other
Liverpool players and their WAGs in the grandstand. We see you looking all MI6 back there, Pepe.
