Bremen, is reportedly on the verge of a move back to the Bundesliga with Steve McClaren's new look

without a fight.

the Bundesliga. Mainz dropped to third in the table after suffering only their fourth defeat of the
season, while Hanover are up [.
Bundesliga Matchday 6: Mainz and Dortmund's Winning Philosophy is a post from: Just Football
Since moving to Germany, your humble Bundesliga correspondent has witnessed a number of strange
phenomena. Walrus moustaches and sock-plus-sandal combinations immediately spring to mind. But
perhaps the strangest thing so far occurred on Saturday during Bundesliga matchday 6:
Bayern Munich's Dutch coach Louis van Gaal was sat on the bench, speechless,
looking not quite sure what to do next.
Diego Could Be The Signing Of The Summer If He Lives Up To His Potential.
Steve McClaren's new-look Wolfsburg side are now equipped with a weapon of mass destruction in
the form of Brazilian playmaker Diego. The additions of Simon Kjaer, Arne Friedrich, Caiuby,

If you like a flutter but prefer to keep it safe and relatively risk-free, placing some of your
hard-earned cash on Bayern Munich to win the Bundesliga would be
right down your ‘strasse'.
Kult Side St. Pauli Will Fight Relegation This Season.
For manager Holger Stanislawski, this season will be one that he will surely never forget.

what he is made of. Since 2008, though, he has been at the helm of St.

This crucial Group G clash presents Brazil with the chance to take this World Cup by the scruff of
the neck. Surprise defeats for Spain, Germany and France and scrappy draws for Italy and England
means no one has stepped forward to stake a claim for the trophy.
Brazil were nearly as unimpressive in beating North Korea 2-1 in their opener, but their task
against Cote d'Ivoire is not simply to signal their intent to go all the way; the three-way battle
to reach the second round is a tight one according to World cup 2010 betting odds and the Samba
Kings must go all out for three points.
Ronaldinho and Adriano will both miss the World Cup in South Africa after being omitted from the
23-man Brazil squad named by Dunga on Tuesday.

Finally, the moment has arrived and selecao bootcamp has been
finalized for the World Cup! Of course, what's a call-up to the selecao if it doesn't involve loads
of controversy, overexcited journalists and annoyed Brazilians in general? Joked our Brazilian
futbolita, Raio, "People want to kill Dunga now!
Brazilian coach Carlos Dunga has already announced his 23-man roster for the World Cup this
summer in South Africa.
There are definitely some shockers... some players who were expected, some players unexpected,
and others who are fan favorites but apparently not Dunga favorites.
There is no Ronaldinho, no Adriano, no Ronaldo, no Alexandre Pato, no Neymar, and no Roberto
Carlos.
Goals in each half gave Brazil a 2-0 win over the Republic of Ireland in the Emirates stadium. A
Keith Andrews own-goal just before the end of the first period put the Brazilians ahead. But there
was nothing fluky about the second. A very well-worked move involving Kaká, Grafite and Robinho
ended in the latter sweeping the ball home.
Robinho & Companheiros would like to welcome you back to Seleção
Bootcamp, a uniquely Fútbolita tradition! Está pronto? Let's
go!
The boys have all arrived in London for the friendly against Ireland on Wednesday and are
staying at Hotel Dorchester, sipping earl grey tea as we speak.
The growing list of injuries to high-profile players ahead of the World Cup has become a concern
for Brazil. England captain Rio Ferdinand, Ivory Coast striker Didier Drogba and other top players
have been hurt just days before the tournament is to begin. "Everybody was talking about this after
our practice ended," Brazil reserve striker Grafite said Saturday.
I've been asked by several of the blog's readers to comment on Dunga's list for South Africa. Well,
here goes.
First, let's discuss those who didn't make it. Adriano, more concerned with partying in Brazil's
favelas and booze, deserved to be sidelined and will now be remembered as the only idiot who ruled
himself out of the world's largest football party.

Wolfsburg forward, Grafite, and Hoffenheim midfielder, Carlos Eduardo, have been brought in for
Brazil's friendly vs the Republic of Ireland next Tuesday. Seville striker, LuÃs Fabiano, though,
will miss the tie after picking up a chest muscle injury.
Grafite has been called up by Brazil on just one occasion when he scored in a friendly vs
Guatemala in 2005.
Now as a Man United fan I was disappointed by the midweek result against Bayern. Not
only to surrender what was ultimately a 2 goal lead, but also for the manner of the sending off in
which the players goaded the ref into that decision (It was a second caution in fairness but the
ref wasn't going to give it).
Fulham sensationally beat German Champions Wolfsburg on their own turf to reach the last 4 of
the Europa League. It was a great night for English football tonight as Liverpool also reached the
semi's beating Benfica at Anfield.

fears with a resounding win with Bobby Zamora again showing Fabio Capello what he can do at the
highest level.

Mark Van Bommel lifts the Bundesliga trophy for FC Bayern last season. Will they win it again in
2010-11?
Der Ball rollt wieder! The Bundesliga is back on Friday and everybody is looking forward to
another great season in arguably Europe's most exciting league. Germany's Rekordmeister FC
Bayern München have already sent out the warning signs to the rest of the Bundesliga having
secured the DFB Supercup over Schalke 04 in Augsburg a fortnight ago.
Croatian International Mandzukic Will Be Amongst The Goals For Die Wolfe Next Season.
Steve McClaren has quickly replaced former striker Obafemi Martins with the highly-rated Mario
Mandzukic from Dinamo Zagreb. The Wolfe merry-go-round is certainly picking up some speed with
players coming in and moving out of the club on almost a bi-daily basis.
It was with much fanfare that the Brazilian squad for this year's World Cup was announced in the
