Myself- i played as a Goalkeeper in England floating around the Semi-Pro scene, then went into coaching iv worked with some great coaches and have always tried to be a sponge and soak up any information or drills that they have to share.
One thing is clear for me about our recent slump and dip in form, without JT and Frank Lampard on the pitch, we have no natural leader or voice on the pitch to organise people, to give people encouragement and a real kick up the arse!
Just look at last night, seeing David Luiz and Mikel arguing on the pitch is just embarrassing and you have to question if JT was on the pitch, would that be happening?
