The fate of Antonio Cassano

Serie A Talk 05 November @ 06:29 PM EST

If he were an opera star, he would be il divo. If he were an American sports star, he would be called a prima dona (yes, Americans don't speak other languages well) and be compared to Terrell Owens or various NBA figures. If he was a politician, he would rise to stratospheric heights only to quickly fall to the ground.

How Old Is Too Old For A Footballer?

EPL Talk 07 October @ 04:04 PM EST

I find myself asking it all the time: how old is that player? My last such quandary was over Arshavin (older than I would have guessed). Before that it was over Jovetic (younger than I would have guessed). When I' m looking up a player's age for an article or to settle a bet or for the hell of it and a date before 1980 pops up, my initial reaction is: "Wow, he's getting old.
