For the second time in three seasons, the Fort Lewis College men's soccer team ended Regis
University's season in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference tournament semifinal.
The Rangers ran into a buzzsaw on Friday in Durango as the Skyhawks, ranked No. 2 in the nation,
rolled to a 6-1 victory, dropping the Rangers to 9-6-4.

Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference coaches have predicted that Fort Lewis College will win the
conference's men's soccer title.
The Skyhawks, who won the 2008 RMAC title and earned a bid to the Division II tournament,
received six first-place votes and landed five players on the preseason all-conference team.

What a game on Saturday night! Probably the most exciting A-league match I have attended in terms
of goals and attacking play. Of course both managers will need to ask some serious questions of
their defences that allowed so much freedom and space to the opposition midfields.
Gary Cole will be madly scouring overseas leagues this week after Victory's defence failed
miserably on Saturday night.
