UPDATED The Disney Soccer Showcase kicks off today and there are two Missouri-based squads
participating, both in the Under 17 age group. Disney is considered one of the top tournaments in
the country and will have over 350 college coaches on hand to evaluate the talent.
Springfield SC 94/95 are participating in the Showcase Red group.
The Springfield SC 94/95 Boys, fresh from their State Championship at the Missouri Cup last
Thursday, are enroute to Appleton WI today to compete in the Region 2 Tourney. Part of the USYSA
National Championship series, their State title sends them to this regional round with the regional
age group winners then advancing to the National Championships in Phoenix next month.

Congratulations to the senior girls on the Springfield Soccer Club's U18 squad who recently
completed their Outdoor Club season in Memphis and Tulsa. While we still have one more season of
High School ball to enjoy, the ladies have completed their outdoor season and now have the Lake
Country Indoor season to hold their attention.

second edition of the 2010 NAIA Women's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the national office announced
on Tuesday. At least one first-place vote was awarded to the top-four squads, with Concordia
earning 16 for 617points.
