Diddy knows what is up. As you should have already heard, the Court of Arbitration for Sport has

I woke up cheerful today, as is normally the case on most Saturday's, especially on Saturday's when
we're playing at home. My smile quickly turned into a miserable frown and my joy evolved, faster
than than any Richard Dawkin's book, into disgust as I read that Chelsea are now allowed to trade
within January's transfer window after the Court of Arbitration in Sport (CAS) postponed the FIFA
imposed ban until it (CAS) has heard the club's appeal.

The Fédération Française de Football (FFF), France's governing football

others have focused on going over Chelsea's actions to see whether they were right in what they did
or not.

Chelsea FC have announced chief executive Peter Kenyon will be stepping down
October 31st while staying on as a non-executive director and liaison to both UEFA and the European
Clubs' Association committees. As it stands this morning, the most likely explanation for
Kenyon's resignation will be the Gael Kakuta affair—the Lens youngster whom Chelsea encouraged to
break contract with the French club, leading to a two transfer window ban for CFC—although there
were likely more important factors which led to today's announcement.

Richard Scudamore launches more Scuds
The Premier League has brought in protectionism ostensibly in the name of encouraging homegrown

Pogba type of transfers.
Richard Scudamore in one fell swoop has made the UEFA head honchos happy and preserved the EPL's

Unless one has been in a coma for the past two weeks, they would have noticed the controversy
surrounding the (just about) Croatian Eduardo's attempt to "deceive the referee" in Arsenal's
Champions League Qualifier against Celtic and his subsequent two match ban by UEFA.
After the entire British Isles bar the red side of North London cried "cheat" at Eduardo, UEFA
handed out a two match ban to Eduardo and one would have thought that justice has been served and
the world can move on to other football controversies like Gael Kakuta and APOEL FC's presence in
the Champions League.
