The following is a note from Evan Mundine's mother Frieda that she felt compelled to share after
the article went live. Feel free to send Evan well wishes on Twitter @BilzyTo All,
We are a true working class family. When our Ev was injured it meant me leaving my part-time job to
care for him and my husband became our full support.
"If you prick us do we not bleed? If you tickle us do we not laugh? If you poison us do we not
die? And if you wrong us shall we not revenge?" William Shakespeare.
Forget what you think you know about revenge. Sometimes, it's all you've got left. And considering
the sorry state in which Arsenal currently finds itself, I would maintain that revenge may just
prove to be the last, best option.
Great production value. Strong story line. If this doesn't get you pumped about an event you
normally might not get pumped about then check your pulse.
But seriously, the SuperDraft, silly name and all, is where dreams start for a lot of players in
our domestic league. Each one has the chance to make American soccer even greater.
Anything can happen in the WWF, err, EPL. Bar none this was the best weekend of Premier League
results. It began with Manchester United losing at Old Trafford to last-place Blackburn and
finished with Sunderland pulling an absolute shock at the death against first-place Manchester
City. There is so much to mull over and ponder, yet I frankly had zero free time to do it this
weekend and form

Steve Bruce will have more free time now to feed the pigeons
To be fair to Sunderland, the club had given Steve Bruce a decent amount of money to strengthen
his squad over the years. But despite that financial backing, the former Manchester United
defender's best showing with the Black Cats was a tenth-place finish last season.
Decided tonight, in the midst of some serious procrastination, to check on the old blog and see
how it's gone. I'm very pleased to know that my post regarding the average number of minutes of
actual playing time is the most commonly cited post on here. While I enjoyed the momentary
notariety that came with predicting Jorge Larrionda would red card an American midfielder in our
Confederations Cup match against Spain in 2009, I didn't start the site to criticize refs.
Have some free time and want to raise a ruckus? DC United's Director of Marketing Communications

The SEA Games is only an Under 23 competition. In Europe it may get a few column inches but in this
part of the world it is seen as far more important than the World Cup. The reason? Countries stand
mare chance of achieving something among their local rivals. Malaysia winning the last one was the
springboard to success in the SEA Games big brother, the ASEAN Cup.
Aside from enjoying his wonderful name, Pepe Mel is busy sipping the champagne of a wonderful
start to the La Liga season post-promotion...before succumbing to two losses in a row.
But bored with the tranquil life that is top flight/second tier football and the occasionally
bout of unemployment, he needed to thrust himself into another field simultaneously to fill his
time writing mystery novels.
A sign that a man is in love? When he'll go purse shopping with you. That's exactly what LeBron
James was caught doing recently. As you can see in the pictures below, LeBron James is purse
shopping with his girlfriend Savannah.
LeBron has plenty of time to shop for purses these days due to the NBA lockout.
Graham Zusi has received quite a bit of attention recently. He was just named MLS Player of the
Week and has been touted as the next potential national team call up. I spoke to him recently as
was impressed by how humble and realistic he is about himself and his situation. Graham shared with
us his thoughts on Sporting KC, his future and how he spends his free time.
Following on from Peter Reid and Bryan Robson can we expect the Thai FA to continue to look to
England's World Cup squad for its coaches? Specifically the midfield?
In that case can we expect to hear that Steve Hodge has been announced as the new Thai coach? Or
Trevor Steven? Or even Ray Wilkins?
Arsenal Flashback- A Sentence Wenger Probably Regrets by Max Baker It's the off-season so it's safe
to say there isn't a lot to do in our free time here at the justarsenal.com corporate headquarters,
other than watch Sky Sports News, Google transfer rumors, and look out the windows of our massive
35 storey office building [.
If you've ever wondered what life is like for young players who move to Europe, you'll definitely
want to check out the article the Detroit Free Press ran this weekend about Josh Gatt and Sean
Cunningham.
The duo moved to Norway to play for Molde FK after growing up together in the Derby County Wolves
program.
As you may have heard by now, the Wall Street Journal took a ... how do we put this? ...
interesting story about our little soccer rivalry we have brewing here in the Pacific Northwest. I
really want to believe that it's a genius piece of satire. But something tells me I'm giving the
author too much credit.
Graham Sankey, who is from Anfield, admitted he tried to kill a Bulgarian man with a stone
whilst celebrating Liverpool FC's European Cup win in 2005. He was arrested with Michael Shields
for the attack but later denied his involvement. The victim didn't die but suffered significant
brain damage.
Fulham not playing on the weekend because of the FA Cup is like a snow day in January. You're
happy that you have some free time (presumably without stress) from work, but then realize it's
January and you can't go outside.
So, you'd rather just work that day and take it off in July, when the weather is nice.

This past Monday, Fabian Lustenberger and Sascha Burchert were two of the Hertha BSC footballers
who spent their free time with some of their furrier friends at the zoo. One fortunate,
flipper-clad lady that also happens to be named Hertha went as far as securing herself a
sponsorship deal with the club.
With a trip to Merseyside against Liverpool looming on Sunday, Manchester United have little time
to ruminate over the frustrating loss to Chelsea on Tuesday.
Luckily, I have way more free time than any respectable person and I've decided to spend some of it
sitting here typing this bollocks.
I will stop, I will stop at nothing. Say the right things when reading the Anti-Power
Rankings I trust I can rely on your vote.

#5 - The King of Limbs: The only bigger than football is the release of Radiohead's new
album, 'The King of Limbs'.
You know you have too much free time when you can come up with nonsense like this!
Bryan Robson, current Thai national team coach, has managed Bradford City in the past. Lee Hendrie,
now with Bandung in the Liga Primer Indonesia, played with them earlier in the season. And so did
Zesh Rahman who now of course plays for Muang Thong United in the Thai Premier League.

Oodles of disposable income + vast swathes of free time to fill =
Impressive. Shit, but impressive. Lets hope he got the spell-checker involved before
committing.
With all their free time during the international break, Mercedes had the German men's team film
a supportive commercial for the women's team, hosting the World Cup in the summer. The boys are
acting like crazed fans, and Lukas Podolski even has a Pohawk™. During these times of co-mingling
footballers, you'd expect even one of Cupid's arrows to be removed from its quiver, and you'd be
right: it hit Schweinski.
I've often criticised clubs in Indonesia for their failure to embrace the internet. Fan sites have
been around for yonks and they are now getting to be of a good quality, step forward the likes of
Ongisnade, Simamaung and Pusam, but clubs are proving to be right old stick in the muds over it, I
guess feeling they have no one to give the job to.
While Anthony Wallace is making his first appearance with the full team, he is no stranger
to the U.S. National Teams set-up. A former member of the U-17 Residency Program in Bradenton, he
has represented the U.S. at the U-18 level and played in the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup and the 2009
CONCACAF U-20 Championship.

With all the conjecture this week in the newspapers and on the blogs about the Gaffer finally
cleaning house and bringing up a new generation of homegrown players, I thought I'd discuss it with
somebody who definitely knows more than me and is much better connected to what's actually going on
behind the scenes at Old Trafford than most of the so-called ‘experts'.
