I've had a chance to play the Heineken Star Player game and although I was pretty abysmal at it, I thought it was a really good laugh. Proving to your mates that you've got the best footballing brain whilst watching a live game, instead of just shouting abuse at them down the pub seems more positive all around.

A bit of help required. Every so often my local pub asks me to fling together a pub quiz. This time it's to take place before the World Cup final, with a World Cup theme. As I'm astonishingly lazy intrigued by the possibilities of crowd sourcing I'm asking for trivia questions. Questions on football in general and the World Cup in particular are welcome.

Sad to say the programmes have long gone.
