Nutritional Tips to Prepare for a Match - originally posted on Soccerlens.com
How do professional footballers prepare for a match?
Your muscles produce heat as you exercise. Sweating is your body's way of removing this heat to
manage your temperature. If you replace the liquid lost as sweat, you'll get dehydrated.
If you are aged between 8 and 14 years old pondering how to spend your long year-end vacation?
Look no further as S.League club Tanjong Pagar United with its apparel sponsor, Thorb have linked
up with Radin Mas Community Sports Club to co-organize the "Radin Mas/Tanjong Pagar United Football
Club Football Day Camp 2011".
What a beautiful day it was for soccer (or pretty much anything else) today in Portland as the U.S.
WNT held its first training since arriving in the Rose City on Sunday night. Pia turned the squad
over to the folks at Nike, who ran the players through the Nike Elite Training 2.0, which consists
of various physical and soccer tests, or more accurately:
PREMIUM FOOTBALL TRAINING EXPERIENCE TO ENABLE SKILLED AND COMMITTED FOOTBALLERS TO FULFILL THEIR
POTENTIAL.
For me, there is no way back now for Samir Nasri.
As soon as he had a little pop at us Gooners that was it.
His Arsenal career is as dead as the dead-leg I received at football training last night.
Cast yourself back six months. Could you imagine feeling like this towards Samir?
Since the Guardian, which is a daily read for me, has put the story front and center, I suppose
I could risk a short post on the alleged racism in the French Football Federation (FFF).
The allegation is that the FFF discussed using race as a selection criterion for entry of 12 and
13 year olds into football training academies.
Sources, yes I have sources, have told me in confidence that Major League Soccer will announce on
Nov. 1 that it will merge with the Primera Division de Mexico and will contract more than half of
its current 18 teams. The newly formed continental league does not have a name yet, but is the
first salvo in a planned marketing war against Europe's top leagues.

Since the World Cup there has been one major debate amongst England fans. Youth. Every one of
our 60 million football experts has the idea of how we should bring through swarms of talented
players to annihilate competition. Who should the FA be looking at to find the blueprint to dispel
a 50 year enigma.
