Tottenham's fabulous 1-0 win over AC Milan at the San Siro may have been marred by the Gattuso
incident but former Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini should have been shown a
straight red card after what most people would call common assault his two footed lunge has all but
ended Tottenham defender Vedran Corluka's season and referee Stephane Lannoy only seen the
challenge as a yellow card offence when anyone who viewed the incident can see that it was a red
card offence time for referee's to be more consistent anywhere else this would have been a red
card.
