Six of the seven matches to be played this MISL season between the Milwaukee Wave and the
Wichita Wings are now done and dusted. The first five games were played with real fervor and desire
to win from both clubs. It wasn't until game six this past Thursday, that both teams had seen
enough of each other.

A real 3 pointer today, what with Spurs and Liverpool dropping points at home.
We all know that Swansea are a very difficult side to beat at the Liberty Stadium, in fact only
MU have won there this season. The Swans have conceded just 4 goals at home (compared to AFC's 6)
and have drawn half their home games (5/10) Spurs gained a very squeaky point a couple of weeks
ago and Swansea will go into the game full of confidence.
szólj hozzá: Fulham vs Arsenal 2:1 MOTD
Depressing. Very depressing. As bright and incandescent as Arsenal were the first half, the
second half was an absolute blight. The Gunners looked drained, bereft of ideas, and they let
Fulham walk all over them. It was an reversion to many a game last season where Arsenal showed
distinctly no ambition other than to run out 90 minutes.

What needs to go right for the Blast:
- Put the game away early: The Norfolk SharX have had a disastrous start to their first
season in the MISL.
Antonio Nocerino and Zlatan Ibrahimović were on target as AC Milan went top of Serie A by
beating Siena 2-0 at San Siro.
Nocerino drove the Rossoneri in front with a low shot through a crowded penalty area nine
minutes into the second half. Ibrahimović confirmed victory with a powerfully-struck penalty,
awarded after goalkeeper Željko Brkić brought down Kevin-Prince Boateng.

England Triumphant as Spain's Weakness is Revealed - originally posted on Soccerlens.com
England's victory over World Champions Spain at Wembley, doesn't signify and end of an
era, but it does give hope to the rest of Europe. Having collected the two biggest trophies on
offer in International football, many were backing the Spanish to dominate again in 2012, but
perhaps England has shown us where Spain's weakness is.
Another convincing victory for the team that can't seem to do anything wrong.Yaya Toure and
Balotelli gave Manchester City their first victory on Spanish soil.

This was a tough week for a lot of the clubs at the top of last week's rankings. Needless to say
(thought that won't stop me), the toughest week was had by Manchester United, whose 1-6 loss to
intercity rivals Manchester City was its worst home loss since the 1930-31 season. That wasn't the
only slip near the top, though.
The cartoon featured today on Sport.es right expresses the anxiety we Barca fans have about
International breaks. It's not like we lost so much after International breaks, but there is no
denial that a number of our lackluster performance came following the break. But this time around
we shouldn't have such thoughts crossing our mind as the cartoon say "We got Andres Iniesta - The
Anti FIFA Virus Guys".

In the wake of the first victory of the Jurgen Klinsmann era, Zach is joined by Murph from the

We discuss the match, heap praise on some and hope that one player in particular is shown the door.
We also discuss Omar Gonzalez's comments and offer our theory on why he and George John haven't
gotten the call from Klinsmann yet.
For the second straight Sunday, the University of Wisconsin men's soccer team earned a milestone

Miami Gardens, Fla. - The U.S. men's national team is full of new faces now a days, but Jurgen
Klinsmann can thank the familiar ones for his first victory as U.S. head coach.

An early first-half double from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and fellow summer-signing Andre Santos
was enough to earn Arsenal a win over Olympiakos at the Emirates last night and subsequently pick
up the first victory of their Group F campaign.
Oxlade-Chamberlian opened the scoring in the 8th-minute, playing a slick one-two off a
defender's knees before cutting a low shot back across goal through his marker's legs and into the
far corner - thus becoming the youngest ever English Champions League goalscorer in the
process.
