Pato's girlfriend, whom we affectionately love to call 'Babs' for purely shortcut purposes, was in
Miami last week to attend Emporio Armani's celebration of Art Basel's 10th anniversary. Thanks to a
few paps who we actually don't mind receiving e-mails from, we know that Ms B and the Voronins
weren't the only ones occupying the sunshine state recently; Samuel Eto'o & fam spent some time
letting their hair down (Georgette let her top down) whilst on vacay in Miami Beach.
The mood is just so different this time as the Singapore contingent embarked for their annual trip
to Shah Alam for the annual Sultan of Selangor Cup tournament.

This year's edition coincides with the reigning Sultan's 10th anniversary on the throne, which the
organizers had promised to make a grand event that two former EPL stars Jason McAteer and Jesper
Bloomqvist are being roped in for the Selangor Selection in the marquee match against the Singapore
national team, who will be using this match for tuning up to their remaining World Cup qualifier
matches.
Abbey Clancy (along with Peter and baby Sophia) had her hands full outside Osteria restaurant in
Prestbury, Cheshire. The fam stopped off for a quick bite during a long day of house hunting in the
area on 08.09.2011.
We've read a lot of tips and tricks for losing and keeping the baby weight off, but have never
had to heed any anonymous advice ourselves, thankfully.
Saturday
- Wes & Yolanthe in Ibiza should be the last 'ballers on breaks pictures you'll be seeing for
awhile, dear friends. The couple was seen celebrating their 1 year wedding anniversary with fam and
friends aboard a yacht on Saturday.
- Maarten Stekelenburg's first day at Roma (which we know wasn't this weekend but we still felt
the need to mention anyway) went a lil something like this: drive to training, give presser in
English since non parla l'italiano, watch Gabby Heinze roll up his shorts.
Tan Sri Annuar Musa, Deputy President of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), has announced
that a national women's football league will kick off next year with a similar format to the men's
Malaysian League. "I am confident that the idea will be well received [by] the states," he told
Bemama news agency.
Kelantan will meet Terengganu in the Malaysia FA Cup final after both secured convincing victories
in the semi final. Kelantan beat Selangor 6-2 (5-1, 1-1) while Terengganu overcame Pahang 5-2 (3-2,
2-0).
Difficult finding info out about the game in Malaysia at times. Malaysia Football hasn't updated
the FA Cup while even the Wikipedia page is behind schedule.
