Here's Portuguese legend and Kickette fantasy boink buddy Luis Figo at the Estadio da Luz on
November 15th. He received a UEFA award for playing in more than 100 international games. Part of
his prize pack was this hat.
Still hot? Or would removal and burning be a 'pre-match' contractual obligation for you?
After their Manchester derby defeat put them five points behind archrivals City in the Premier
League table, Manchester United responded with back-to-back league wins over Everton and Sunderland

With Benfica looking like the better side for long swathes of the match, it took a superb
42nd-minute equaliser from Ryan Giggs (who, as you are now probably aware, has scored in each of

Manchester United midfielder Anderson acknowledges that tonight's encounter with Benfica could
be the most difficult fixture for Sir Alex Ferguson's men thus far in the season.
Anderson rose to prominence during an impressive stint with FC Porto and although a reunion with
former rivals Benfica excites the Brazilian, he understands that the Portuguese outfit has
strengthened ever since his departure for Old Trafford in 2007.

Portugal have the chance today to make ammends for their poor start to the Euro 2012 campaign as
they host Norway at the Estadio da Luz Stadium for top spot in Group H. The Norweigans will prove a
tough foe after already handing the Portuguese a 1-0 loss in Norway costing former coach Carlos
Queiroz his job.

Tonight, at precisely 19:45pm, the ball starts rolling for the Europa League Final in Dublin. A
final contested between two Portuguese clubs from the north of the nation, FC
Porto vs Braga. But I'm sure you're all aware of that.

"Where is Portugal?" How many times have I been asked this? Countless. You
may have read in the news recently that the Portuguese economy is a disaster or the politics are a
complete bunch of corrupt pigs. However, the football is booming!
