Arsenal Station 03 November @ 06:35 AM EST

Yup, you guessed it... Michel Platini, better known as the Antichrist, is once again in the media criticizing Arsenal and Arsene Wenger. It is truly amazing how Platini has turned into a one-man crusade against Arsenal and his fellow countryman. We here at Arsenal Station have not long forgotten his psychologically-disturbed rant last season during which he exhibited the full extent of his obsession and disgust with Arsene Wenger.

A Scrappy Night in the Champions League

Premiership Talk Blog 30 September @ 05:39 PM EST

Wednesday night's Champions League matches completed in less than spectacular fashion as there was little to no excitement around the continent. Both English clubs Manchester United and Chelsea grabbed scrappy wins while one Champions League giant was embarrassed at home. The upset of the round was Zurich's 1-0 win over AC Milan at the San Siro, and results elsewhere in the competition all favored the bigger clubs.

It is a sign of the decline of Italian football in recent years that a trip to Florence at the end of September wasn't at least, not before kick-off a cause of major concern for Liverpool. Ten or fifteen years ago things might have been different, but the Premier League is wallowing and basking in its opulence at the moment while Italian football is scratching its head and wondering where things went wrong.

Arsenal’s Future Success In Real Danger: Club Could Be Set Back Ten Years

Caught Offside 24 September @ 09:46 AM EST

New guidelines could strangle the life out of the north London club.

Arsène Wenger has warned that Arsenal's youth development system will collapse if Uefa's plans to ban the international transfer of players aged under 18 are put into practice.

The Carling Cup adventures of Arsenal's youngsters have become a feature of recent seasons, with a crowd of 56,592 turning up at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday to watch an inexperienced team beat West Bromwich Albion 2-0 in the third round, but their manager fears that such uplifting evenings could be a thing of the past.
