31.01.2012 - El Club Atlético Boca Juniors inauguró dos nuevas escuelas de fútbol, una en
Indonesia y otra en Paiporta, municipio de Valencia, España. Bajo la modalidad de franquicias y
con estas últimas incorporaciones, suma 24 escuelas de fútbol alrededor del globo.
Por medio de una alianza con el Club local Pro Duta de Indonesia, Boca Juniors se une a potencias
como Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester y Real Madrid en la expansión de su marca en ese país, uno de
los principales emergentes sobre el desarrollo del fútbol.

This may seem a little preemptive, but the American Outlaws are selling tickets in the Supporters
Section for the semifinals and finals of the Olympic qualifiers at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park on
March 31st and April 2nd. The tickets are $30 for AO members and $35 for non-members. No word yet
from Sporting KC on whether season ticket holders will get a chance at a presale for the game as

CONCACAF today unveiled the logo for the 2012 Men's Olympic Qualifying tournament. The event will
take place from March 22-April 2, and the top two teams will represent the region in the 2012
Olympic Games in London. The U.S. was drawn into Group A and will face Cuba, Canada and El
Salvador.

Some national team news has come out today regarding two Sporting KC players. First, Teal Bunbury
has been called up by Caleb Porter to the upcoming U-23 Olympic camp in Florida. The camp will take
place December 15th through the 23rd. The camp is in preparation for the upcoming Olympic
qualifying.
On Thursday, CONCACAF announced the full schedule for 2011 Olympic Qualifying. FIRST ROUND All
times U.S. Eastern (local times in parentheses) Group A (Nashville, Tennessee): Canada, Cuba, El
Salvador, United States Group B (Carson, California): Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago
Thursday, March 22 At Nashville, Tennessee El Salvador vs.
The United States Under-23 national team found out who it would play during the group stage of
Olympic qualifying earlier in the week, and now it knows when it will play each of its
opponents.
The U.S. team will open qualifying against Cuba on March 22, followed by a meeting with Canada
two days later and a final group game against El Salvador on March 26.
It's always a good sign about the your club's future when three players, well three and a
potential fourth future Dynamo star, get called in to a US Men's National Team U-23 training camp.
Danny Cruz, Kofi Sarkodie and Will Bruin head to Florida starting next week for a week long camp
with new U-23 head coach Caleb Porter.
The Philadelphia Union announced on Wednesday that they have acquired 21-year-old Costa Rican
international striker Josue Martinez from Club Deportivo Saprissa.
According to the announcement, "The forward will be available upon receipt of his P-1Visa and
International Transfer Certificate. Per MLS and Club policy, terms of the agreements were not
disclosed.

CONCACAF announced that it will hold its draw for the Olympic qualifying tournament on Tuesday
at the organization's headquarters in New York.
The eight teams in the draw (United States, Canada, Cuba, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Panama
and Trinidad & Tobago) will be split into two groups of four, with one group playing its games at
the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif.

The U.S. men's national team's quest to qualify for the 2014 World Cup will begin at home.
CONCACAF released the schedule for the third round of World Cup qualifying, and the United
States will open its campaign in Group A with a home game against Antigua & Barbuda on June 8,
2012.

The final round of matches in the second round of CONCACAF World Cup qualifying might as well
not be played, as all the teams to advance are now known.
The six teams to secure their passage into the third round of qualifying were finalized on
Friday, with Canada being one of the teams to secure its passage.
With the decisive series of World Cup qualifiers over the next five days, it's time to look around
the region and find out how preparations are going. GROUP A El Salvador left for Suriname
yesterday, needing just a point to win passage to the third round of the qualifiers and a win to
set a new record for consecutive victories in World Cup qualifiers.
Today Sporting KC confirmed what I'd posted about yesterday. LIVESTRONG Sporting Park will be
hosting semifinals and finals of Olympic qualifying. The first round of games will be in Carson, CA
at the Home Depot Center and in Nashville, TN at LP Field March 22nd through the 27th. KC will host
the semifinals on the 31st and the final on April 2nd.
Feel free to begin making your plans to catch the CONCACAF Olympic qualifying tournament.
CONCACAF announced that the tournament will take place at three sites starting in late March,
with eight teams vying for two spots at the 2012 Olympics in London. So far, the United States,
Mexico, Canada, El Salvador, Guatemala and Panama have qualified for the tournament.
Panama clinched Central America's third and final berth for CONCACAF Olympic Qualifying with a 1-1
draw against Costa Rica. The two met Nov. 3 at Estadio Alejandro Morera Soto in Alajuela, Costa
Rica. Panama won 3-2 on aggregate after a 2-1 win in the first leg at home in Panama City Oct.

Honduras and El Salvador round out the group of qualifiers from Central America.
Panama grabbed a 2-1 lead over Costa Rica following the first leg of the Central American playoff
for the region's third and last berth in the CONCACAF Olympic qualifying finals. Costa Rica will
return home to Estadio Alejandro Morera Soto in Alajuela on Nov. 3 for the second leg.
Both teams are looking to join fellow Central American neighbors El Salvador and Honduras, as well
as automatic qualifiers Canada, Mexico and the United States in next year's eight-team finals.
