Interlull : Nothing offical but it looks better for RVP

Arseblog 16 November @ 03:00 AM EST

Happy Monday to you from a very wild and rainy Dublin.

This morning's Sun says he could miss the 'entire season' and says Arsene is 'gutted' but the news from the player himself isn't so bad. The Dutch FA have confirmed that there's a 'partial rupture' of his ankle ligaments but there's no requirement for surgery, which is a good thing.

Raymond Domenech: Man Seeking Muzzle.

For those on the inside looking out, nary a worse manager reigns in the international realm; for those on the outside looking in...

Viva la Domenech.

What he lacks in coaching abilities, he makes up for in deliciously idiotic words. He's kind of like Maradona without the playing career.

Style Files: Silver and Shiny

KICKETTE 13 October @ 10:15 AM EST

You know something is a true fashion trend when it moves from the WAGs (see Claudine Keane out in Dublin) to the footballers. Or, in Jamie Redknapp's case, the ex-footballers/pundits.

We would have pegged Lampsy to be the first to rock a silver blazer out on the town (after all, he's not one to shy away from shiny nor creating his own trends), but well done Jamie for giving this a go.

Good morning from a very rainy Dublin. It's as if the whole place has been transported overnight to somewhere like Ireland ... oh.

You know, if I were to ever write a science-fiction novel, I would include a strange and desolate place called 'The Interlull', inhabited by dust and half-dead trees where the only living thing was an unnerving creature you couldn't see, but whose breath you could hear, that was always behind you.
