Hull City chairman Paul Duffen had a six-month driving ban for speeding around town in his Aston Martin V8 Vantage overturned this week because the court ruled that it would cause him "exceptional hardship".

While not being able to drive your Aston Martin V8 vantage around for six months does kind of suck, what exactly would qualify as "exceptional hardship"?
