When the institution it represents is stronger than the players, the coaches, the management.
Look at Mourinho's current problems with Real Madrid. I don't know if this is a grand scheme by the
Great One to purposefully have Marca and As criticize him so as to win the support from the
fans?

Footballers don't half have it hard (nudge, nudge). Kevin-Prince Boateng has had an
injury-blighted season in Serie A so far, making only 11 starts to date, and is currently a doubt
for AC Milan's Champions League tie with Arsenal next Tuesday after suffering a thigh strain last
week.

Is everyone delighted with the return of the King?...
I am not so sure. Maybe it is the Gooner DNA in me that requires that I suffer even in triumph,
I must temper joy with regret but I just can't forget how we parted...
Do you remember?
Editor's note: For your offseason pleasure, PSP is happy to present an eight-part fiction
series entitled The Pine Barrens League. In part three, Scnauzer and company play a
bunch of nasty Wall Street types. Look for each new installment on Monday mornings through the end
of January.
3PM Extra: Watch Eboue do a Messi, THAT Lyon performance and wink and brilliant El
Clasico ad
Presenting quality football videos from the interweb, daily at 3pm. Here's today's collection:
1) Remember Arsenal outcast Emmanuel Eboue? You know the one who was hounded out of the Emirates
for being a bit rubbish?
Given the lack of any concrete research, Seat Pitch has taken huge amounts of time and resources to

Apparently it's 'common knowledge' that Lionel Messi and former Barca striker Bojan Krkic (now
of Roma) are related somewhere back along the line, but those plucky bods over in the genealogy
research department of Catalan newspaper Segre have been busying themselves, tracing the lineage of
both players and have now put their finger on just what the relationship is between the pair.

Despite finally making the move to his boyhood Barcelona, Cesc Fabregas still has feelings for
Arsenal, according to his latest Tweets.
The World Cup winner was reported to have told Sport Magazine that Arsenal had no chance of
winning a trophy soon, a state of affairs which played a big part in his decision to quit north
London.
To be clear, as with every other team on Thursday night's draw, nobody wanted Barcelona. They are
the best team in the world, the best of this generation and quite possibly the best in history.
Facing them will be a monumental task for Milan, even if European glory is ‘in our DNA'. But, if
you [...
Most mornings Arseblog is easy to write. This morning not so much. Not because we haven't gone
through the loss of important players before but this one just seems a little different.
Most of the time Arsene lets 'his' players go only when he thinks it's the right time. Thierry
went to Barcelona at 29, going on 30.
Pardon our interruption of your normal Monday morning routines, but we have an urgent update
that we couldn't keep to ourselves: Leo Messi & Antonella Roccuzzo are back together.
Although the relationship status of these two has nagged us for a while, we know what you're
thinking: define 'together'.
Too easy.
Juan Pablo Angel is one of those guys who's good at his trade, but not one you'd instantly
expect to produce a footballing reincarnation of Jesus like you would, say, Kun Aguero and his wise
yet worrying evolutionary use of the Maradona DNA. (Epic dribbler with the ball, epic dribbler from
the mouth after a coke binge and in Manchester, of all places.

The secrets of Barca DNA revealed! What it is, how it works and why it helps you get
away with murder
Alexis Sanchez has completed his protracted move to Barcelona and as part of his medical had the
essential Barcelona DNA implanted into him. This is the same Barca DNA that Xavi worries is eating
up Cesc Fabregas while he is held hostage at The Emirates.

This 'ere fine arrangement of DNA is Spanish songstress Edurne Garcia Almagro, otherwise known
as the current WAG of Man Utd's new boy betwixt the sticks, David De Gea who is, we're sure you'll
agree, an extremely lucky git...
Me gusta, me definitely gusta!
- Jason Davis This post is poorly timed, seeing how Fathers' Day was yesterday and the best time to
profess your appreciation for the man that both provided one half of your DNA and raised you is,
naturally, on the day set aside for doing just that. But it couldn't have happened yesterday, at
least not before the event that inspired it, and considering the narrow window of time I had
available after the inspiring event, not then either.
Chicharito has helped Mexico progress to the Gold Cup semi-finals as the competition's top
scorer this year with six goals.
The young Mexican has reflected on his début season in England, claiming he is at the best club
in the world.
"I am very happy that, as a squad, we won the English championship," said
Chicharito.
The official website announced the arrival of young defender Carl Jenkinson. I would like to
join other Gooners who have already expressed a warm welcome to the youngster. Wish you a great
career in Red and White Carl.
According to the Charlton Chief Executive, the lad comes from an Arsenal supporting family.
Robinho's 3-year-old son was a welcome guest at Brazil's training session yesterdayy, as noted
by the immensely fuzzy cuddle session between Robson Jr and a Brazilian NT staffer that we've
watched more times than we have toes.
Guess the rule still stands: 'ballers are inherently blessed with a superior knack for
procreating the cutest of kids.
There hasn't been many peeps out from the Camp Nou regarding Cesc Fabregas lately but I'm sure
there will be over the summer.
I have heard and seen little snippets. Apparently after the Champions League final Carles Puyol
said: "I'm convinced Cesc will play with us soon."
It does make me wonder though.
With the last game out of the way and a football-free summer upon us (unless you get turned on
by the Under 21s), I thought it might be a good idea to examine our season through the prism of the
headlines that have accompanied the daily post here on Arsenal Arsenal.
With a new post every day and a long season, I'm breaking it up into sections, starting today
with August, September and October.
When I saw that Arsenal have given Barcelona a helping hand by letting them use our training ground
as a base for their 'Cup final' this weekend I thought to myself; Why?
After all their disgraceful tactics in trying to lure Cesc Fabregas back to the Camp Nou (and it
has been a liberty) we have done them a favour.
Roy Keane has vowed to return to football management when the time and the club is right.
The former Manchester United captain has been out of work since January when he was sacked by
Ipswich Town.
Keane, who has dismissed talk of working in Australia or New Zealand as 'nonsense' says he is
enjoying his longest break from the game, but could be ready to make a return next season.

Pregame has started, and suprise! It's raining in Portland. Reasons why I'll never move south or
to the west.
It seems every week there is speculation about an Arsenal player leaving the club.
Most of the time we hear that Cesc Fabregas is on his way out. His Barcelona DNA, alongside Xavi
and Iniesta, is dragging him back to Catalonia quicker than you can fart.
Nicklas Bendtner is always linked away with a move away too.
A moment to remember!
That feeling of excitement is in the air again. Praises are flowing for each side. Doubts are
being raised. Questions are being flung at every facet of our game. The first leg victory was
unanimously accepted as just the first half of a good game. A game that saw Barcelona dominate
Arsenal and get an away goal.
Arsenal must keep faith in their abilities to come out trumps..
Nervous yet? I know I am.
One of two season-defining games this week, Arsenal face Barcelona at the Nou Camp on Tuesday
evening. The other game, an important FA Cup tie versus Man Utd on Saturday can and must wait until
this one's out of the way.
Didier Deschamps is banking on the feverish backing of the Stade Vélodrome crowd to give
Marseille a valuable edge in the first leg of their tie against Manchester United, a club the coach
describes as "an example to follow". The visitors have a number of injury problems for the trip to
France but Sir Alex Ferguson is confident in their ability to cope as his team begin a testing
run.
Dear Mr Hernandez,
Can I call you Xavi? Or, as Del Boy from Only Fools and Horses or Gypsies would say, can I call you
Chavvy?
Let me begin by saying that I think you are a marvellous footballer. I love to watch players like
yourself play the game. At times its like watching my mate Phil play Fifa 2003 on Playstation 2 and
he was well good at that game.
Jack Wilshere has agreed to leave Arsenal for Barcelona and will move to the Camp Nou in the
Summer.
The Daily Bullshit claims that the England international will wear the famous red and blue next
season after agreeing a deal with the Catalan giants.
The 19-year old will be given the number 4 jersey and is expected to pen a long-term contract until
2025.
La Familia!
The talk is over. As they say it is all about the scoreline and the scoreline is there for
everybody to see. YES, we have put one behind the mighty Barcelona. We gave them a dose of their
own medicine i.e 'Beautiful Football', so should we still call them 'mighty'?
Arsene Wenger has reacted to yesterday's statement from the ex-Barcelona president Joan Laporta,
who said that Fabregas should return to Barcelona in the interests of "justice". He implied that
Arsenal had stolen Fabregas as a youngster. Wenger strongly disagreed with his arrogant words, and
hit back at Barca's double standards.
All week Manchester United fans have been joking about the idea of playing "Fabio" at right back
this weekend following Rafael's suspension.
"I might put Rafael in there," Ferguson said. "They wouldn't know. Their DNA is
probably the same."
Rafael has been fined today and warned about his future conduct.
Following on from the news broken by Wrighty7 that the former Newell's Old Boys has agreed a 5
year contract with the Ashburton Grove team AA has gained exclusive access to an interview
conducted with the pocket sized maestro and his agent Jorge Mendes explaining the reasons for his
departure from the team newly sponsored by the Al Thani family of Qatar.
