It's no wonder why Pepe is nicknamed "The Butcher."
The Real Madrid defender, who is either known for physical play or malicious attacks on his
opponents depending on who you talk to, could face disciplinary action for deliberately stomping on
Lionel Messi's hand during yesterday's Clasico.
The FA will not be taking any action against Glen Johnson for his challenge on Joleon Lescott in
the first leg of Wednesday night's League Cup semi-final.

a two-footed tackle on Nani in the FA Cup third round last weekend, there have been calls for

U.S. national team midfielder Jermaine Jones could be facing some disciplinary action in the
coming days.
Jones is reportedly under investigation by the German Football Federation for allegedly stepping
on an opposing player's injured foot on purpose during Schalke's 3-1 loss to Borussia
Monchengladbach in the German Cup Round of 16 on Wednesday.
On the details of the case itself, we will have to see the full details of the FA's
investigation before passing any comment. We can, however, say with a degree of certainty that the
reaction was as hysterical as might have been predicted and that oil has been
poured onto an already raging fire by an official club statement from Liverpool Football Club
itself which the club may yet come to repent at leisure.

Ever since Carlos Tevez's shocking behaviour more than a month ago during Manchester City's
