Danijel Pranjic became the newest addition to Bayern Munich today, but it was something of a
surprise, since negotiations between Bayern and Pranjic's former club, Heerenveen were all but
dead. At least until Pranjic offered to go into his own pocket to settle the difference, that is.

Liverpool coach Rafael Benitez may still have a chance of signing Heerenveen's Danijel Pranjic
after claims in the Dutch media hinted that the Croat's move to Bayern Munich was on the verge of
collapse following a breakdown over negotiations.
Reports earlier in the week made clear that a deal between the respective parties was already
sealed and this was further backed up by comments from Pranjic himself who spoke in the aftermath
of a successful medical claiming his pride at moving to the Allianz Arena.

Well, the summer transfer season is underway, and if rumors are to be believed, Lyon is pretty
busy. I don't give much weight to most of the zillion rumors floating around- one of you guys made
a comment about not believing an OL transfer rumor untill the player was wearing a Lyon kit, and

In spite of showing a massive improvement this season, it looks as though Liverpool will miss
out on yet another Premier League title but everyone at the club are determined to finally
lift the long-awaited trophy next season. The first piece of the puzzle is there
as Rafa Benitez has renewed his contract after the big speculations regarding his future and the
Spaniard is now eager to reinforce the team even further and to push for honours
