WE don't believe Arsenal are resigned to their fate. While standing behind Arsene Wenger a few weeks ago observing the way he dished out instructions in French and English we certainly detected a sense of impatience within the squad (least of all from Nasri, surprisingly).

Montreal Impact are all set to join the MLS in 2012 and, as such, the Canadian side have decided to spruce up and rejuvenate a few things around the place including the stadium and the club's crest, though we can't help but feel that their 'big reveal' viral is a little on the 'massively overblown' side.

I keep seeing the word "disappointing" being used when referring to the fact that the Portland Timbers only got a single point for Saturday's draw. I don't understand it. Sure, it's disappointing that they weren't able to get all three points, but they were damn lucky they got out of there with one.

The Montreal Impact, ready to join MLS in the year 2012, should the whole damn thing not come tumbling down, unveiled their new crest with the single most unnecessary pomp and circumstance in the history of crest unveilings. Which is actually quite nice and spans beyond the scope of MLS.

However, it reminds of a haircut.

While this video may be a little over the top, I have to give it to Montreal for putting together a pretty classy looking crest for their MLS team that joins next year.

One thing I really appreciate about this logo is that everything has a meaning and a reason behind it. Its not just some cheap photoshop logo that we've seen in the past.

The Montreal Impact won't be undergoing a complete rebranding upon their inclusion into MLS next season, but between the renovated Stade Saputo and the club's new crest, the club will be sporting a different look than the NASL version currently has.

The Impact unveiled their new logo on Saturday night, revealing a sleek, upgraded design and one that pays homage to the province of Quebec with a motto stressing that unity is necessary for victory.

AC Milan have revealed their 2011/12 away kit and the adidas manufactured shirt is exactly the same as the leaked images.

The design is simple. White shirt with a white collar and a red and a black stripe going down behind the crest.

We were all shocked when the story initially broke. If you were living under a rock at the time, it surfaced in early May that Marcos Alonso was involved in a crash. One woman died and three other passengers of the car were seriously injured. Alonso, the driver of the car, escaped relatively unscathed but also with a hefty amount of alcohol in his system.
