I know many people reading the headline of this article will probably think that I have gone
completely crackers.
Damn, a little part of me even thinks so too.
But there is another part of me, deep down, that truly believes that Fernando Torres would flourish
at Arsenal, under Arsene Wenger.
Afternoon. I think this in the business is what they call a round-up. But seeing as I'm
not exactly sure what this business is or even if I'm in it, I'll just go ahead and scatter-gun
some nonsense at you and see if anything sticks.
Tottenham pull Cheltenham out of the old F.A Cup hat, then.

Time to say chee-Rio, how to shackle Silva and more: Six lessons from the Manchester
derby
In honour of the local dialling code, it's already being called the 0161 6-1 and there's no
denying that Manchester City's demolition of their local rivals at the Theatre Of Dreams will spark
conversation after conversation in the weeks ahead.
Liverpool have reportedly expressed an interest in Celtic youngster Ki Sung-Yeung who is said to be
keen to leave Parkhead after a poor start to the campaign by the SPL side. The 23 year old was the
subject of an £8m offer from Rubin Kazan but that was rejected by the Scottish side but Neil
Lennon may struggle to prevent his talented attack minded midfielder from having his head turned by
interest from Anfield.

This 'ere is Spenny Larham.
He's 41, an avid supporter of Rigeons League Premier Division side Wisbech Town (someone's got
to be) and he's just ditched his family home he's got two kids in the centre of the Cambridgeshire
town to move into the former security hut at the club's Elgoods Fenland Stadium, a tiny building
which has recently been renovated into a one-bedroom flat with unparalleled views out across the
pitch.
Clint Dempsey's 12 Prtemier League goals this season helped Fulham out of the
relegation dog-fight and their was also some crackers to boot.
Wherever you look at the Premier League table, every team is involved in a battle of some sort.

the fixture list still has some real crackers in store.
As much a staple in your Monday as cursing the alarm clock, but significantly less painful...Let's
just start with the MLS Goal of the Week nominees. I gotta go with Khari Stephenson, you all know
how I love those "don't wake him" crackers.Speaking of MLS, it's a real shame they never managed to
lure Boca Juniors free kick demon Juan Riquelme.

Messing with Joe Jordan? Gattuso is bloody crackers.
And what a brilliant, disciplined performance by Tottenham. As I tweeted earlier, Milan were
awful like a better-looking Stoke City.
In case you missed it, watch the highlights of Arsenal's 3-1 victory over Leeds yesterday, in a
FA Cup replay (following the 1-1 draw a couple weeks ago). All four goals are worth watching: the
first goes from Chamakh to Arshavin to Nasri in 5′; then crackers by Sagna & Bradley Johnson
which made the score 2-0 and then 2-1; and then finally late in the 2nd half, after Wenger was
forced to bring on Fabregas and Robin van Persie, the latter scored with a header off a great cross
by Bendtner (didn't think we'd ever have occasion to write those last few words).
