La séptima edición de InterLiga, el torneo que otorga dos cupos para los clubes mexicanos a la prestigiosa Copa Libertadores, se llevará a cabo desde el sábado 2 de enero de 2010, al martes 12 del mismo mes, comenzando en las sedes de Texas: Robertson Stadium en Houston (sábado 2 de enero y miércoles 6 de enero) y Pizza Hut Park en Frisco (domingo 3 de enero y martes 5 de enero).
