This is from Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse's informatively titled BBC sketch show Harry & Paul. For my money the above sketch is further evidence that Whitehouse is the real comedy talent in that pair, while Enfield is just a walking catchphrase generator. But that's a debate for another day.

Ok, see, this is why it's not such a great idea to like both Liverpool and Manchester United. Because yeah, I wanted United to win, and Berbatov to be amazing on his debut, and Wayne Rooney to score a hat-trick or something. And instead I got Rooney marooned out on the wing, an own-goal for Wes Brown, and the Edwin van der Sar Comedy Experience.

Radio4's comedies come and go and at the moment we are waving a fond goodbye to Bleak Expectation and Mark Watson makes the World Substanitally Better. They were both brilliant. Hut 33 is good whilst the jury is still out on The Castle.
The 6:30pm slot on BBC Radio 4 is absolutely superb..
