It was over. No one, in their wildest dreams, would've thought a 3-0 lead for the New England
Revolution with just nine minutes to play in overtime against the third division (USL Pro)
Harrisburg City Islanders wasn't safe.
The Spanish National U-19 Football Team is a game away from securing its qualification for the next
U-19 European Championships after defeating Armenia 2 - 1 earlier in the week & today 2 - 1 over
Italy. The Spaniards suffred in this game & had to make a comeback to pull back two goals (
Campaña 71 st min & Jese Rodriguez in the 83rd min).
The Revolution snapped a three-game losing streak by defeating Colorado on Wednesday night. But
turning that victory into a winning streak is going to be difficult, especially since the
Revolution's next opponent is Real Salt Lake on Saturday night.
After a 2-1 comeback victory on Wednesday, the Revolution departed from Utah on Thursday.
FC Dallas has turned things around after a slow start to the season, posting consecutive wins.
The latest win, a comeback victory against Montreal, was delivered in large part due to the
impressive efforts of Panamanian striker Blas Perez.
With Dallas trailing 1-0 at Pizza Hut Park, Shea scored a second-half equalizer, then took part
in the build-up that led to Brek Shea's late game-winning goal.
Andy Carroll headed the winner in the 87th minute to clinch a 2-1 comeback victory over Everton
to secure a place in the FA Cup final and labelled the moment as 'the best feeling ever'.
"It's the best feeling ever," said Carroll. "We worked hard and getting a goal at the end there
was great.
He didn't light up the scoreboard, and didn't play assist machine, but Kyle Beckerman's
contributions to Real Salt Lake's impressive start to the MLS season have made him SBI's pick for
MLS Player of the Month.
RSL sits in first place in the Western Conference after four matches despite having players such
as Javier Morales, Alvaro Saborio, Fabian Espindola, Will Johnson and Nat Borchers all miss starts
and matches to injuries.
To say it's David versus Goliath would be an understatement.
APOEL Nicosia are in the midst of one of the more remarkable Champions League runs in recent
memory but the powerhouse that is Real Madrid threaten to put an emphatic end to the feel-good
story. Cristiano Ronaldo and his Madrid cohorts will travel to Cyprus, a country with a fourth of
the population of city of Madrid, to take on APOEL.

Chelsea are through to the quarterfinals of the Champions League following a thrilling comeback
victory over Napoli at Stamford Bridge.
Branislov Ivanovic fired home a winner at the end of the first half of stoppage time as Chelsea
won 4-1 on the night and 5-4 on aggregate
Napoli carried a 3-1 advantage into the second leg but the two-goal lead was erased by goals
from Didier Drogba and John Terry.
Sigh.
First of all, the Arsenal Offside would like to place its thoughts to the victims from today's
awful turn of events in Egypt. A truly disheartening experience. Some things are bigger than
football, and this was definitely one of them.
Typical Arsenal. A few days after a great comeback victory, a victory that had the potential to
help turn our season around and put us on the right track (granted, it was a poor Villa side), we
draw against an insipid Bolton side that is currently languishing around the relegation zone.

Boston College continued their unexpected charge into the ACC finals while North Carolina
continued to look like a national title contender as the semifinals of the ACC wrapped up on a
chilly night in Cary, NC.
North Carolina finally took advantage of a number of gilt-edged chances less than two minutes
into the first overtime period to claim a 1-0 victory over a physical Virginia team.
We recorded on Monday so this week's episode of Nos Audietis is pretty much about all the
festivities surrounding Kasey Keller's final regular-season home game. And what a game it was. Not
only did Sounder at Heart host a pretty awesome little get together, but the Seattle Sounders
treated the fans to a pretty impressive comeback victory that allowed Keller's day to be a real
celebration.

Chelsea turned in an epic first-half performance as Andre Villas-Boas remains unbeaten in UEFA
Champions League play with his new club.
Chelsea demolished tiny Racing Genk 5-0 at Stamford Bridge with four goals coming in the first
half. More encouraging for the Blues is the regained form of Fernando Torres, who notched a double
within the first 30 minutes.
One of the mostly overlooked storylines of last night's comeback victory over the San Jose
Earthquakes was that the Seattle Sounders won the 2011 Heritage Cup - their second consecutive win
in the three-year history of that trophy. That would be the third piece of hardware for the
Sounders this season after the 2011 Cascadia Cup and the 2011 US Open Cup.
After a tense 90 minutes, Greece finally booked their Euro 2012 ticket in Poland and Ukraine
with a 2-1 comeback victory over Georgia in Tbilisi. Greece top Group F with 24 points amassed from
seven wins and three draws. Croatia, who defeated Latvia 2-0 today, finish second with 22 points

UCLA began the year with high expectations, but a slow start raised serious questions about
whether the Bruins were going to be a serious contender in 2011.
UCLA looked more like the team that began the year ranked No. 2 in the nation on Friday night,
as a Chandler Hoffman hat-trick helped the No.

The Carolina Railhawks have absolutely nothing to play for and it showed with a toothless 1-0
loss to the Montreal Impact, a team with everything to play for.
The NSC Minnesota Stars managed to keep distance between themselves and seventh-placed Montreal
with a 2-0 victory over the Atlanta Silverbacks.

After a 2010 that saw the top spot change only once, the number one seed seems to be a cursed
position this time around.
No. 1 North Carolina followed up a win over former top seed Louisville with a double overtime
loss against unranked Virginia Tech.
After watching three league games from the bench to begin the Portuguese season, Oguchi Onyewu was
handed his first start and helped Sporting Lisbon to a comeback victory.

When Omar Bravo finished off a Teal Bunbury pass to give Sporting Kansas City a 2-0 lead on FC
Dallas in the 68th minute on Saturday night, the match-up of top MLS clubs looked to be over. The
home team was leading, the visitors were feeling the grind of a busy week, and it would have been
easy for Dallas to look ahead to Tuesday's U.
The Colorado Rapids couldn't have gotten off to a worse start in their CONCACAF Champions League
match on Wednesday night, surrendering an early penalty to go down 1-0 to visiting Salvadoran side
Metapan.
The defending MLS Cup champions didn't buckle though, not even after a Matt Pickens blunder gave
Metapan a 2-1 lead.

exposure through various local and national broadcasts. Through the website criticalmention.com,
MLS tries to alert media to the "value" of its presence on various television programs. Since a
few weeks have passed since we last checked in on this metric, we thought providing a snapshot of
this metric of MLS media exposure.
