West Ham United travels to Hull City this Saturday and will be looking to put the miserable Everton
match behind them. We have to start winning and stay in control of our Premiership destiny. We need
to set off on a winning run. At the moment, West Ham cannot put together a win streak that our play
at times deserves. Click to continue reading...

If the Hammers think that coming back to draw with Arsenal represent the proverbial "turn the
corner" then the good work must be continued with another fine display against Sunderland. Playing
at the Stadium of Light is not an easy task as the Black Cats have very passionate fans which can

Good start but even Van Persie couldn't have guess the final outcome
I'm beginning to think that I curse the players. Since I've been effusively praising a certain
player or a certain combination, there's bound to be something that went wrong with them in the

and the under-rated Robert Green between the sticks. Click to continue reading...
Kansas City made an early PK stand up as they defeated the New York Red Bulls last night at
Community America Ballpark 1-0. The action started early, when in only the 2nd minute Herculez
Gomez received a ball into the box that Carlos Johnson of New York had trouble trying to intercept.
As the ball made it to Gomez, he cut inside to shoot but was taken down from behind by Johnson. Click to continue reading...
There has been a fair bit of grumbling since the nominees for the PFA Player of the Year award were
announced, with the list comprising: Edwin Van Der Saar, Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Ryan Giggs,
Cristiano Ronaldo (all Manchester United) and Steven Gerrard (Liverpool). So that's five Manchester
United players and Gerrard; I have to admit, I [. Click to continue reading...
