'The Hart Fart' appears to be a phenomenon that most Man City fans are aware of already, being
as though their official in-house television channel has already produced an in-depth analysis
package to accompany the video.
For the unenlightened, the clip is taken from City's 2011 blooper reel and sees Joe Hart letting
go of a little bum toot in the back of a taxi, with captain Vincent Kompany trying desperately to
keep a straight face in order to admonish young Joseph and his rogue sphincter, while Micah
Richards just explodes in fits of howling laughter.
Manchester City Football Club have announced that they have teamed up with Mass Relevance, the
technology leader in social curation, to unveil several new social initiatives for City fans
attending and watching matches during the 2012 season.

*Shakes head* Football, man. Football.
So much for Liverpool holding what they had. This was no lock-down defensive effort. Liverpool
played defense by attacking, and would have settled the tie far sooner if not for Joe Hart's
continuing brilliance.
Cardiff City, the team from the Welsh capital, are heading to the Carling Cup final. The team
defeated Crystal Palace in the first completed Carling Cup semi final. They will now play the
winner of the Liverpool vs Manchester City tie which will be completed on Wednesday evening at
Anfield.
Mario Balotelli faces a potential 4-match ban (3 league games) for a stamp on Scott Parker in
Manchester City's win over Tottenham on Sunday. While that's bad news for City fans, it's super
news for fantasy managers / potential owners ... Continue reading →
Love him or hate him, Balotelli is not about to change anytime soon. However coming to think
about it, why should he. The Italian striker has no doubt made the English game more entertaining
and exciting since joining in the summer of 2010
In fact, his once irritating attitude is actually starting to get people looking forward to his
antics every week.
Taking in to consideration the 5,700 travelling Liverpool fans, there were just 30,317 City fans
in the ground tonight to watch their team in the League Cup semi-final.
The tickets were originally on sale at £35 for adults, £15 for 16-21s and £5 for children,
although over the past few days they have been trying to flog them for a tenner at local colleges
and the university, as well as giving them away for free at local schools.
The latest L'Uomo Vogue has Mario Balotelli featured on the cover and a candid and revealing
interview with the City star that doesn't quite give the lie to a grumpy, immature, prankster. Yes,
he did total his £100,000 Audi the next day, set off firecrackers in his bathroom causing major
damage, got into a training ground spat with Micah Richards, and earned Mancini's disapproval
smoking cigarettes.
1. Well, that was piss easy, wasn't it? Hmm. What should have been a walk in the part for United
following the first half was worryingly more difficult than it needed to be, but we got the result
and that's all that matters. United have knocked our local rivals, our noisy neighbours, and
current holders, Manchester City, out of the FA Cup at their own ground.
Our Manchester United fan site, covered the story on Saturday from James Lawton in the
Independent on Saturday, that Manchester United were willing to listen to offers for Rooney. United
immediately denied the story.
Well in Sunday's Mirror, Simon Mullock is reporting that Manchester City are planning to make a
blockbuster £60m offer for the United star.

Unquestionably one of the players of the season so far, Manchester City's Belgian captain
Vincent Kompany has decided to use the medium du jour Twitter to launch a new competition which is
sure to get the blue half of Manchester rather excited.
After reducing our allocation for this weekend's FA Cup game at The United Stadium, Manchester
City still haven't managed to sell out their home section. The tickets are on general sale
(the only criteria being you have bought one match day ticket from City already this season) yet
just days before kick-off, they still have tickets available.
Despite their home defensive record the Swansea City fans are not at all confident about ths game.
Probably down to the fact that they have a bit of a defensive crisis with the Spurs loanee Caulker
(who in their words has been amazing for them) ineligible to play. On top of that Tate is out, Monk
has no match fitness, Taylor is a doubt and one fan reckons they are all feigning injury in an
attempt not to be played up against Bale.
1. Wayne Rooney's hair transplant was definitely worth it. His new quiff got the ball rolling for
Manchester United in their match against QPR. 2. The QPR supporters' "Warnock for England" chants
might encourage Blackburn fans to try a change of tactics. Kean for Scotland, anyone? 3. Then
again, if Aston Villa keep putting in [.

When Asamoah Gyan arrived at Sunderland for a club record £13 million fee, it seemed like the
dawn of a new era for both club and player. However, the new era has become true only in the case
of the player, while Sunderland are back where they were under Roy Keane – struggling at the
wrong end of the table.
Arsene went with a 4-4-2 in a system that was designed to give games to players rather than a
clear tactical move. Mancini retained his 4-3-3 but was surprisingly defensive in his approach with
Kolarov playing as a left winger, at least for half an hour!
The first half was largely uneventful with neither side really creating many chances.

He's not captain of the best team (at the moment!) in the Premier League for nothing. Manchester
City's Vincent Kompany, also arguably the best centre-half in the Premier League, has revealed how
he once beat a friend with a stick in order to make him run faster.
A night with Malky Mackay. 1927 Club Q&A Session at Hammersmith Working Men's Club, West
London.
It's taken me some time to transcribe much of this Q&A. I think I've represented what was said
pretty accurately, however if there are any errors please free to point them out to me.
Date: Friday 18th November 2011, 7:30pm
In attendance:
- Cardiff City manager Malky Mackay (MM)
- Cardiff City director Alan Whiteley (AW)
- The Cardiff City media team Barrie et.
Manchester City today losses of £194.9 million for the financial year 2010-11, the highest such
figures ever posted by an English football club.
The £195m consisted of a net loss of £160.5m and £34.4m to write off player contracts. These
are incredible numbers and City tried hard today to put a positive spin on them:
"Our losses, which we predicted as part of our accelerated investment strategy, will not be
repeated on this scale in the future," said chief operating officer Graham Wallace.

‘Football fans have been exposed to the type of policing historically that is probably
unfair and untargeted. I think it's evolved, I think it's moved on. My football unit police with
the best interests of football fans that are around safety and that's our principle driver. It's
not you and us at all.
What were Stoke City fans thinking last night, when they booed Demba Ba? Newcastle hat-trick hero
- Demba Ba It wasn't Ba's fault that Stoke City didn't sign him in January, because he failed
the Stoke medical, and he was very willing to join Stoke at the time. But maybe it's because he
scored his second hat-trick of the season for Newcastle last night at the [.
Man City fans were encouraged to create some special pumpkins for the holiday, and they weren't
left without inspiration given recent happenings at the club.
A couple notch high enough on the cleverness ladder for wider appreciation. And figuring out
just what the hell it says before "Oh, that's clever.
Oh Mario, you are a character aren't you? Whether it's throwing darts at youth team players or
speeding in your Maserati, picking up countless tickets and fines along the way, it's setting off
fireworks in your own house, sneaking into a women's prison due to ‘curiosity' or even proving to
be the good samaritan, aiding a bullied child who was at a Manchester City training session when he
should have been at school.

Manchester City manager David Platt has spoken positively of Mario Balotelli's behaviour off the
pitch, describing him as an ‘enigma' and praising his improved maturity. The Italian striker was
in fine form at the weekend, scoring two goals as City hammered Manchester United 6-1 at Old
Trafford, and he has certainly appeared to be more consistent at the start of this campaign.
Halloween came early to Old Trafford
City fans would like nothing more than Sunday's humiliation of Utd to signal a shift in the
balance of power. Pundits are already debating its merits. 6-1 is a historic statement and the
margin could have been even larger if Edin Dzeko had been on target in his first few attempts.

Mere hours after some kind of sick swan ran amok at Old Trafford, a rather glum-looking Wayne
Rooney celebrated his 26th birthday at Wings restaurant in Manchester with guests including
friends, relatives, colleagues and several of the chaps that had just tarred and feathered his arse
in the Manchester derby namely Joe Hart and Gareth Barry.

It's so ironic, it simply must be fattening!
As we creep toward Bonfire Night and stupid children start dreaming about doing stupid things
with over-the-counter explosives, Man City have started a club campaign called TREACLE to promote
firework safety this November and who better to front that campaign than a man who nearly lost
everything (on his towel rack) at the weekend in a fireworks-related house fire?
For some reason, I had it in my head that the match with Bolton was going to be on Wednesday. So
I was going to write a nice little news report today, and then we'd roll out a preview tomorrow.
But alas, the schedule is a little different. We apparently have only one day off in between, so I
have to do the preview today.
United and City fans agree on very little, but they seem to be unified in their ire towards
striker Carlos Tevez. Ahead of this weekend's blockbuster Manchester derby, fans of both sides
voice their disapproval for the out-of-favor Argentine.
Former judge tells Hillsborough families to drop 'conspiracy theories'
• Sir Oliver Popplewell says families should move on • Says Bradford disaster families
showed 'quiet dignity' A retired judge has sparked fury by calling on the Hillsborough families to
drop their "conspiracy theories" and behave more like the relatives of victims of the Bradford City
stadium disaster.
A former judge has controversially called on the Liverpool families involved in the Hillsborough
disaster to behave more like the relatives of victims of the Bradford City stadium disaster.
In an ill-advised letter to The Times, Sir Oliver Popplewell, who chaired the public inquiry into
the 1985 fire at the Valley Parade stadium that killed 56 people, argued:
"The citizens of Bradford behaved with quiet dignity and great courage.

Starting with Samir Nasri, David Silva and Edin Dzeko on the bench and still winning 4-1 is
surely the epitome of "strength in depth", and at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday, Manchester City's
diamond-encrusted squad showed why they are real title contenders.
Five things we learned from the Premier League this weekend
• Balotelli's form means City already have Tevez replacement • Andy Carroll could yet come
good for Liverpool Balotelli's form could do Wenger a favour For the past few seasons Arsenal and
Arsène Wenger have had some of their best players and Gaël Clichy pinched from under their noses
by Manchester City.
For a variety of time constraint reasons that I won't go into, this blog has been somewhat
neglected of late. The most frustrating thing is that I've only had time to write after matches
that have gone badly Newcastle, United, Blackburn, yet every time we've won a match, I haven't been
around to pen anything.

As you may have heard by now, Manchester City have suspended Carlos Tevez for a fortnight while
they mull over their options amidst the post-Munich refusenik shitstorm essentially putting
themselves in the lose/lose/lose position of either having to keep hold of the mopey striker and
make him publicly apologise to the City fans.
What are the odds Carlos Tevez never starts another game for Manchester City? Derek
McGovern's Bets of the Day
What a nightmare in Munich for Manchester City – Carlos Tevez went on strike and Gareth Barry
a go-slow. After his Munich mutiny, Tevez was reportedly viciously abused on his return to
Manchester Airport.
Its 8 past nine in the evening and I have been overjoyed by the news filtering through from Old
Trafford,Basel equalise (Basel not to be confused with Basil Fawlty or Basil the herb).I have
though been admiring Bayern's midfield set up this could its Europe's most underrated midfield
Ribery-Schweinstieger-Kroos-Robbben,Man City never had a chance.
Why I fear City's trip to Munich could be as flat as Oktoberfest leftovers
Manchester City resume their Champions League campaign against Bayern Munich and will travel to
the capital of Bavaria right in the middle of Oktoberfest. That just happens to be the world's
biggest beer festival!
