This weekend all the hype in Serie A surrounded the Derby della Madoninna but there was infact another huge match being played at the other end of the country, on Sicily. It was of course the Derby di Sicilia between Palermo and Catania. The rivalry is an extremely heated one with one of the most notorious being played on 2nd February 2007, when policeman Filippo Raciti was killed in Catania.
