10k in an impressive 44mins 11secs.
The Manchester hospital was his chosen charity as it's where his friend and former Liverpool
defender Gary Ablett was treated after being diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma last year.
The Liverpool FC fan base has been felt surging through the social media world that is Twitter
for some time now, with the official @lfctv account having just over 192,000 followers and the
renowned @empireofthekop fan resource not far behind with just over 1250,000 followers to name but
one example.
