Chris Klein admits that replacing Bruce Arena is next to impossible. In eight full seasons in charge of the LA Galaxy, Arena captured three MLS Cups while solidifying the Galaxy's spot as one of MLS' top dogs.

Replacing something like that is unlikely, and Klein and the Galaxy don'tintend to look for Bruce Arena 2.

Then in June, CJ Sapong scored KC's 500th goal in all competitions at home with his goal against Toronto. Next year KC should get their 300th league away goal and their 900th in all competitions.

Sporting Legends 2015 Voting is Up

Sporting KC today announced the nominees for the 2015 Sporting Legends class. The announcement reads like this year we may only get a single player added to the group of names on the wall outside the Victory Suite. If true, I think it's the best move for the Sporting Legends program as a whole. I understand the first class being big because it is the first year, but it really should just be a single entry each year.
