With the arrival of Jozy Altidore this morning, the USA's 23-player travel roster is now complete and fully operational. After a walking tour of the city this morning, the team will hold a public training session tonight at the University of Maryland, then gets its first look at FedExField tomorrow evening.

U.S. Men's National Team head coach Jurgen Klinsmann has named a final 23-man travel squad for the U.S.'s upcoming three friendlies and two World Cup qualifiers.

The U.S. kicks of a busy three weeks against Scotland in Jacksonville on May 26 before playing five-time World Cup champions Brazil on Wednesday, May 30, in Landover, Md.

Not a ton of surprises by US Men's National team coach Jurgen Klinsmann. He released his 23-man roster for the upcoming five games over the next few weeks.

The four players missing the cut were: Juan Agudelo, Graham Zusi, Alfredo Morales, and Danny Williams. Not any real shockers there as most folks believed Zusi, Morales and Williams wouldn't make the cut at the start of the camp anyways.

Juan Agudelo, Alfredo Morales, Danny Williams and Graham Zusi are not among them, as the four were cut from the national team roster by coach Jurgen Klinsmann ahead of the team's upcoming five matches.

USA manager Jurgen Klinsmann has announced a 27 man squad for training and three friendly matches before the start of World Cup Qualifying. The full squad is below along with each players club teams in parenthesis. The squad will be reduced to 23 players for the first WCQ match on June 8, 2012.

New England natives Geoff Cameron (Attleboro, Mass.) and Michael Parkhurst (Providence, R.I.) were among 11 additional players called into U.S. Men's National Team camp by head coach Juergen Klinsmann on Sunday. Klinnsman had initially invited 16 players on May 15.

Cameron has played in 10 games for the Houston Dynamo (MLS) this season.

Yeah, I am slacking. I totally meant to get to this yesterday but this past weekend was a bit nuts for me. Anyways, Jurgen Klinsmann added 11 more players to his roster camp for the upcoming June games.

The team will train in Orlando, Fla. until May 25, when Klinsmann will select a final 23-man roster for the upcoming five matches.

U.S. Men's National Team head coach Jurgen Klinsmann has named an initial squad of 16 players that will begin reporting today to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida.

The group is mostly built up with players that are foreign-based players who have completed their seasons.

Deservedly called....

Jurgen Klinsmann dropped 16 names in the hopper for World Cup qualifying.

Conspicious by their appearance are Joe Corona and Edgar Castillo showing that Klinsmann really wants to find some more left-side attacking help on the senior side.

Conspicous by his absence was Timmy Chandler.

U.S. men's national head coach Jurgen Klinsmann has released the first part of the roster that will take part in a training camp in Orlando later this month, and there are several veterans included and one big omission.

As we await Jurgen Klinsmann's expected announcement today on who he is calling into a camp that also begins Tuesday in Orlando, Fla, there are a number of domestic and foreign options available to the US coach. Klinsmann figures to announce which foreign-based players will be available today, with the rest of the squad being named Sunday after another weekend of MLS action.

It is do-or-die time for Bolton Wanderers.

Staring relegation in the face, Bolton will only avoid the drop to the Championship if they win their game at Stoke City and Manchester City tops Queens Park Rangers on Sunday. Tim Ream should resume his role in central defense for the Trotters, and he will need to help shutdown the likes of Peter Crouch and Kenwyne Jones to give Bolton a chance at staying in the EPL.

With Serie A rolling into the last match-day, we are settling into one more scrape for survival. Fiorentina officially achieved salvation with a 1-0 victory over Lecce on Saturday. Novara and Cesena have officially been relegated and will see each other again in Serie B. Both Lecce and Genoa lost last week to Fiorentina and Udinese respectively, meaning there is still a three point gap between.

Juventus clinched the Scudetto, Inter Milan stunned AC Milan, Udinese moved up to third, and much more in the Italian Serie A on Sunday, May 6, 2012.

A scoreless draw which keeps Roma's Europa League hopes still alive. Chievo are in the middle of the table with no danger of relegation but no chance of a top five finish.

Three of the U.S. national team's most valuable players are in action on Tuesday as they aim to close out their respective seasons in good form before joining training camp later this month ahead of friendlies and World Cup qualifiers.

Michael Bradley's Chievo Verona held AS Roma to a 0-0 draw under a downpour and on a waterlogged pitch in Italy, with the American emerging unscathed after turning in a productive 79-minute shift that included a number of pivotal passes that ultimately did not end up leading to goals.

Bradley opened his Serie A account this past Saturday when he placed a low shot to the bottom right corner of Chievo Verona's 3-2 win over Catania.

Chievo Verona and Michael Bradley got back on the winning track, profiting from a late winner to dispatch Fiorentina in Sunday Serie A action.

The New England's Revolution's front line is making way for yet another new face.

The Revs signed Swedish striker Bjorn Runstrom on Wednesday, adding another player to a completely revamped attack. Runstrom joins Saer Sene, Jose Moreno, Fernando Cardenas and Blake Brettschneider as new forwards who have joined the club since the offseason.

Puebla beware. Herculez Gomez is starting to get hot again.

Just as he has done so often in the past couple of years, Gomez is starting to put together a scoring run. He has found the back of the net three times for Santos Laguna in the past week-and-a-half, and will look to add to that this weekend when DaMarcus Beasley and Puebla come into town.
