However Diego Milito also scored and he continues to chase the Udinese captain with 11 goals.

Right so I have missed quite a few Serie A matches so i'll give you a brief round-up of any big results and then let you know what happened at the weekend.

In week 17 of the Serie A season, numerous games were called off due to the heavy snow but the Inter Lazio game went ahead, Samuel Eto'o getting the only goal of the game to give Inter an eight point lead at the top of the table over Christmas.

Yes, that is Marco Materazzi wearing a Silvio Berlusconi mask after Inter had defeated Milan 2-0 in the derby Sunday night. Even myself, a Milan fan, has to admit that is pretty hilarious. Inter showed all their strength in the latest edition of Derby della Madonnina, even playing better than their crosstown rivals in 10 men.
