Michael Owen y nuevamente el mejor jugador mexicano Javier ¨Chicharito¨ Hernandez remontaron y
dieron el triunfo a los red devils ahora en la FA Cup cuarta ronda.
Javier ¨Chicharito¨ Hernández ya igualó a Carlos Vela como los mejores goleadores mexicanos
en el balompié de Inglaterra.
Since I posed the question in one of the posts yesterday, I was curious to determine how much of
an impact Chicharito has had in terms of points won so far this season. Clearly, his impact is more
than just goals and assists. But the intangibles are obviously more difficult to really measure.
For the purpose of this exercise, I just went with a simplistic approach looking solely at the
goals/assists stat and figuring out how many points he has won us because he scored/assisted.
Javier Hernandez came off the bench to score the winner in Man Utd's
2-1 win over West Brom on New Years day. West Brom missed a penalty with the scores at
1-1.
Manchester United 2 – Stoke 1 (Premier League, Enero 4, 2010)
Golazo uno de los mejores en la carrera de este jugador mexicano, dando lo mejor que tiene en sus
pies. Chicharito Hernandez le dio su regalo de reyes anticipado a los aficionados aztecas con este
taquito a la mexicana en la liga premier inglesa.
Esta canción fue una de las que se toco en el estadio Old Trafford donde juega el Manchester
United, la version que escucharan es la de salsa.
Chicharito tiene ya la canción en el ITunes, se trata de una salsa de The World Red Army un club
de aficionados que llevo la canción hasta Old Trafford.
A new year and a chance to leave behind the less than impressive away form so far this season.
We managed to come away with a 2-1 win against West Brom in the first match of the new year. Only
our second away win this season. Couple of impressions:
1. Gary Neville no longer inspires any kind of confidence.
A much better showing than the previous 2 outings, but nowhere near the dominating performance
that we expect from our our boys especially at home.
Some impressions:
1. Nani adds such a cutting edge to our attack. He also brings an arrogance onto the field that
may border on petulance at times, but gives us more confidence going forward.
El mexicano Chicharito Hernández, que fue titular y fue sustituido en el minuto 75 por Michael
Owen, estuvo a punto de marcar el segundo tanto para el Manchester United con un cabezazo en la
segunda parte.
LONDRES El Manchester United eliminó al Liverpool (1-0), gracias a un penal del galés Ryan
Giggs en el minuto 2, en la tercera ronda de la Copa de Inglaterra, en el estreno de Kenny Dalglish
como nuevo técnico de los 'Reds' que buscan volver a la élite del fútbol inglés.
Well, maybe not in the first half...
What an encounter... A 100 minute game.
Chicharito has won us how many points now this season?
And seriously, what do they put in the water that Giggsy drinks?

Having had time for the emotions to subside after a fantastic come from behind win, I realize
again how little I care about being undefeated. Sure, it'll be nice to equal the feat of the
Invincibles, but at the end of the season, that's not the ultimate prize. I don't think going
undefeated and winning the league are mutually exclusive.
Almost as if in response to the post measuring his "effectiveness", Chicharito strikes yet again
to secure our passage into the next round. The scoreline doesn't even begin to tell the story of
how poor we were for the first 45-60 minutes prior to the 2 substitutions that changed the
complexion and fate of the tie.
Impressions (some are more rants):
1. How much more time do we give Gibson before completely writing him off? I've been saying (to
myself as much as to anyone else) that we should temper our frustration at the younger players with
an understanding that they need to mature into their positions and understanding of the game.
