Former Colorado Rapids coach Fernando Clavijo is looking for Frantz Mathieu, who was his assistant coach when he guided Haiti in World Cup qualifying in 2003. Mathieu has been missing since a 7.0 earthquake devastated Haiti on January 12.

He is a former Chicago Sting and Montreal Manic defender and was MVP of the 1981 Soccer Bowl, the championship game of the North American Soccer League.

What was formerly the Tampa Bay Rowdies, a name taken from the old North American Soccer League (NASL) team, is now FC Tampa Bay and the website that was tbrowdies.

FC Tampa Bay announced today they will discontinue use of the historic "Rowdies" moniker "until further notice," though honcho Andrew Nestor points to "positive developments in this process" and says he looks forward to "a quick resolution.
