I listened to the last 15 minutes of the game in the car. My wife was in the passenger seat looking into the far distance. She was miles away. I was preoccupied with the game but she became still and almost vacant. Click to continue reading...

Cheltenham Town 0 – 4 Crewe Alexandra
League 2 - Saturday 31st October 2009
Cheltenham were given a lesson in basic football skills by a well prepared Crewe Alexandra. Dario Gradi is one of - if not the - longest serving managers in any of the leagues. Martin Allen to spend more time on his own plotIts not dull supporting a lower league team. Whilst dramas are reported daily from the dizzy heights of premier league they still seem remote. It's best to go away....

Cheltenham Town Are At Home 17 July @ 10:32 AM EST
The Dog Days drag on. It's best that I go away so as not to be diverted by news stories, gossip & hysterical musings about what will, might or could be. To become exercised by the reports of who is having a trial for Cheltenham Town FC or is on the brink of signing a contract is wasted energy. It's best to start the worrying at around about 4. Mad Dog Days.......

Cheltenham Town Are At Home 07 July @ 01:00 PM EST
If I knew the location of Sirius then I could confirmed these are the Dog Days of summer. Cheltenham's schools are emptying and the traffic is thinning out.
