It's not often you get to share the spotlight with a proper football legend, 12,000 delirious
Arsenal fans, a national treasure and a TV audience of a good few million. But I did. Oh, and did I
mention all of this took place on the pitch at White Hart Lane after a glorious Gunners victory?
It is hard to believe but this very day 25 years ago I did something I have never done before. I
broke my wrist. But more significant than that I watched Arsenal win a League Cup for the first
time since I started supporting the Gunners all those years ago.

In which Sky Sports News pundit Charlie Nicholas accidentally reveals the real reason that
Roberto Mancini was so pissed off with Carlos Tevez after the Bayern Munich debacle...
If Champagne Charlie's telling the truth here then it's yet more truly disgusting conduct on
Tevez's part the guy's out of control.
So we're off to Wemberlee and the desperate struggle for tickets can now begin. Remarkably, it
will be our first Wembley final since winning the FA Cup in 1998 against Newcastle. Of course,
between then and now we have enjoyed something of a cup final spree (record in Wales: five finals,
60% success rate).
