A little pre-season news for you - we'll be heading back to Charleston, SC in March to take part
in the Carolina Challenge Cup. The team will participate in the annual competition with the
defending MLS Cup champions Real Salt Lake, Toronto FC and the host Charleston Battery.
The competition format will feature three double-header match days on March 13, March 17 and
March 20, with each team playing the other in a round-robin structure.
The field for the 2010 Carolina Challenge Cup has been set and it's looks a lot like last year's
lineup. In fact, the same four teams will be returning from last season's tournament – Real Salt
Lake, winners of both the 09' Carolina Challenge Cup and MLS Cup, will again take on DC United,
Toronto FC and the host Charleston Battery.
