At last we hear that AVB has an angry side with his players aswell as the media!. Up till now we
have only seen his angered response to some lines of questioning during pre or post match press
conferences when speaking to the media or the written press. It seems as though he let the players
see the exact same side after defeat to United on Sunday.
Multiple outlets are carrying the story that Genk starlet Kevin De Bruyne is at Cobham
undergoing his medical ahead of a 9 million quid transfer to the famous CFC. More, after the
jump:
London calling
You already know the drill. KdB will come to Chelsea this summer, after finalizing paperwork
tomorrow which sets his price and contract in place.
Frank Lampard will grab the headlines. Fernando Torres deserves to share in the spotlight. The
maligned striker capped an excellent shift with one more killer pass, this time to Ashley Cole who
went on to set up Super Frank for a trademark finish with only minutes to play. I don't want to
wager on just how big this result could prove to be, but I reckon pretty damn in the grand
scheme.

On the accusations of racism against John Terry and another
opinion
Let's begin with a big ‘if'. If John Terry racially abused Anton Ferdinand, then sure, open
the floodgates. I don't know John Terry and given his track record I find it absolutely conceivable
that he has quite a few racial slurs in his vocabulary.

No surprise given their "issues."
But wonder what their response will be.
1.Learn, dynamically rebrand/engage and go again - (requires a massive change of strategy)
2. Head in the sand; and increase Croatian colours and imagery around the ground and celebrate the
annual winning of the ACT Premier League thru simply paying more dough.

Udinese and Juventus continue to set the pace at the head of Serie A, closely followed by
Napoli, with all three teams earning impressive wins at the weekend.
Udinese remain unbeaten after a 2-0 win against bottom-placed Bologna at the Stadio Friuli, with
Mehdi Benatia and an Antonio Di Natale penalty securing the win.

It seems the bidding war has come down to its final hours, with both CFC and PSG in frame to
secure the young Argentine's signature. More after the jump:
Kicking into gear shortly?
Welp, color me surprised. This isn't exactly coming out of left-field mind you, but it does
somewhat surprise me that we're actually in line to sign a legitimate budding superstar, and an
Argentine at that.
There you have it folks, our first official signing of the summer window comes just as the lads
begin preseason preparations in Malaysia. More on Mr. Thibs after the jump:
What he said.
To be frank, and not Jim (ha) this one came out of left field. I don't believe many of us in
fandom had any inkling we were in the market for a keeper- let alone a young prospect that could
likely start for many major squads in most countries.
A quick summary of the latest headlines and more after the jump:
This way to London
So, the first bit of news many of you came across this morning was that Mr. Falcao has decided
to re-up his contract with Porto for an additional two years, thereby taking his buyout clause from
30 million to 45 million Euros.
We got places all over the place
Does the above pic of our new, improved, and fantastically dressed, coaching staff remind anyone
else of that infamous opening shot from Reservoir Dogs? Maybe I'm reaching, but, fuck it, I can see
it. Continue on below, and judge for yourself.
Ex-Bologna FC boss Alberto Malesani has been appointed as coach of Genoa CFC after the club decided
not to renew terms with Davide Ballardini at the end of the last campaign.
When Sampdoria sealed its relegation from Serie A with a loss against Palermo, captain Angelo
Palombo was so distraught that he wept on the pitch like he just put down Old Yeller. It was a
disastrous season -- going from fourth place last year to finishing 18th and being dropped down to
Serie B -- and one that will hurt Sampdoria fans for some time.
Yesterday we learned of the sad passing of Peter Thomson, who posted here and elsewhere under
the name of Pensioner (By my reckoning he made about 150 comments on this site).
I never did meet Peter, although last year we corresponded a fair amount. At one point he
suggested meeting for a glass of fine wine to discuss matters Fulham, and specifically writing
about Fulham, but like so many of these good ideas it never happened.
El Niño strikes at Stamford Bridge. And that was before Chelsea's No. 9 blew the lid off the

What a damn day in West London.
I was forced to miss today's festivities because of this thing called a full-time job. You know,
fuck work.
On the up and up.
Battle of West London.
It used to be, in years past, that this matchup carried more clout that in recent memory.
Obviously, a West London derby is always something we as supporters want to win in convincing
fashion. But it certainly helps when both teams come into the fixture on the ascendency.
The new Chelsea jersey for the 2011/12 home season has been officially unveiled by the Blues today
( April 12, 2011). The new Chelsea home jersey takes inspiration from Chelsea's past, with the
design taking inspiration from the Chelsea strips of the 1980′s. The three stripes for jersey

Better days
Salomon Kalou without a shirt on does not do it for me, no. Still, glancing at that horribly
uncomfortable photograph, I have to ask: Remember that day?
We were on top of the world. Well, not the world Internazionale had a firm grasp on that claim
but we were the toast of England.
Blue is the colour, and blogging is the game. On 10th March 2011 five devoted Chelsea fans launched
a new website to share their love for CFC. The idea of a football fan site is not new, but Miss SW6
is a bit different from the rest; it's run entirely by women.
Co-founders Danielle, Annely, Amanda, Jaymee and Liz spent much of the last year discussing
football online and bonding over their mutual support for Chelsea.

The Guardian has its 'five things we learned' series. Not bad. Moderately informative
and enjoyable on its day. Here, though, we don't play. When we go for a five-point presentation, we
do so fastly. And furiously.
Is fastly even a word?
Bring em' out!
In our last Premier League encounter, I wrote that the demons had finally been lifted and it
looked as though the famous CFC were beginning to find their sea legs once more. It might have been
pre-emptive, and it could easily have been considered a classic case of drinking the proverbial
kool-aid.
It's about to go down, kids.
All of the above?
And a good morning to you all.
It's deadline day, a day usually chock full of unsubstantiated rumors and utter bullshit no
doubt spouted from the mouths of Sky's crack team of on-site reporters.
GOLAZO!
For weeks now, we've waited for a sign. A moment that would signal the return to form for the
club, and serve as a definitive period on the statement of malaise we've left on the pitch for the
last eight weeks. Tonight, there were many such moments that could qualify.
Chelsea travels to the Reebok today in search of a third consecutive win in all competitions. A
solid brick on the yellow road to recovery it would most certainly be. Just think, three wins in a
row.
Afterward, there could be a small celebration. One complete with a plethora of piñatas. Come on
Didier, I know you know what a plethora is.
