Congratulations to the Nixa Eagles, COC Large School champions for 2011. The title is Nixa's 8th, their first since 2008 following the Carthage Tiger's two-year run.

The Eagles went undefeated and unscored on during their Conference matches, outscoring their opponents 46-0.

9/29 Ozark W 5-0
10/3 Willard W 1-0
10/13 Carthage W 4-0
10/20 Branson W 9-0

The only loss in the Conference came against the Small School titleist, Springfield Catholic, 1-4 last Saturday.

The standings for the COC Large School division show a horse race between the Nixa Eagles and Carthage Tigers, as has been the case the last three years if memory serves.

The match up between these two teams is Thursday evening at Nixa. Approximate start time 6:15 pm.

Head Coach, Evan Palmer earned his 300th win tonight as the Nixa Eagles won 6-0 over the Parkview Vikings.

Coach Palmer, who played collegiately at Missouri State and is the only Coach the Eagles have had, began his career with Nixa in 1995 when the Boys program got it's start.

Boys Program: 175-193-21 (1995-2010)
COC titles in 1998, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008.
