The Missouri Soccer Coaches Association has released the Class 3 Southwest Region Honors. The
Region includes Districts 11 and 12, won by Glendale and Parkview respectively. Glendale finished
3rd in the recently completed Class 3 State Tournament. District 11 includes Finalist Kickapoo,
Ozark, Nixa and Branson.

The 2011 Missouri State Cup will be held June 11 16, 2011 in St. Louis, MO at the SLYSA and
Sportport complexes. The Missouri State Cup is the first leg of the US Youth National Championship
Series. All age groups (Under 13 up to Under 19) will participate June 11th 16th.
The 7th Annual Southwest All-Stars Games, presented by Springfield Soccer Club, will be held
Thursday June 23, 2011 on the Greenwood Stadium Field at the Cooper Soccer Complex. The Girls Game,
in it's sixth season, will be played along with the Boys game.

There are two High School games on tap tonight. At Harrison Stadium, the Central Bulldogs will host
Camdenton in a Varsity-only match on Senior Night.
Further East, the Glendale Falcons will host Springfield Catholic in another Varsity-only match
that will determine bragging rights for the season.

The Parkview Vikings, moved this year from District 11 to District 12, have received the top seed
in the upcoming District playoffs. The host this year are the Central Bulldogs again, on the
artificial surface at Harrison Stadium.

CENTRAL OZARK CONFERENCE
Nixa and Ozark are the remaining undefeated teams in the Large School Division and the Conference
Title will likely be determined on Thursday when the Eagles host Ozark.
An eight team field, the games open today with first round games. There will be semifinal games
Saturday morning followed by finals in the early afternoon. I'll be on hand for this evenings games
and depending on the weather, may see more games tomorrow.
I wasn't provided the brackets but assuming they are based upon the times, Willard and Bolivar
should meet in a semifinal tomorrow morning with the winner going to the Championship game.
The regular season comes to an end two weeks from today. District seeding may occur as early as
next week.
