Arsereview actually reviews something (part two): Nike Arsenal Full Zip Jacket

Arsereview 16 November @ 04:30 PM EST
You may remember that back in May I reviewed a football for this blog. You probably don't, but such is life.
If you do, you would remember that Soccerpro asked me to give an "honest, unbiased opinion" on the blog and in return, I could keep the product they sent me. To me, it seemed a fair offer, so that was exactly what I did: I wrote an honest review - that it was a good football, and in return I had a lovely football to play with until I kicked it on the neighbour's roof, never to be seen again. American Soccer News 18 October @ 11:10 PM EST
In a game with few chances on either side, LA Galaxy keeper Donovan Ricketts made enough big plays to deny the Houston Dynamo in a scoreless draw Sunday afternoon at Robertson Stadium. For the fifth straight MLS game, Houston finished with 10 men, as Brian Ching was sent off in the 84th minute.
David Beckham's celebrity probably helped account for the season-high crowd of 29,470 that nearly filled Robertson today. Click to continue reading...

The Beckham experiment

| Post Match Pint 15 July @ 03:59 AM EST
In what is perhaps the true definition of hypocrisy, American author Grant Wahl is looking to cash in on David Beckham's celebrity persona by writing a book about.... that very same David Beckham circus that moved across the Atlantic three years ago.
Some notable quotes taken from the book were from Beckham's Galaxy team-mate Landon Donovan, who is quoted as saying Becks ‘wasn't committed,' sees his spell at Galaxy ‘as a joke' and is a ‘tightwad'. Click to continue reading...
