AC Milan moved to the top of Serie A after a comfortable 2-0 win over Siena thanks to second half
goals by Antonio Nocerino and a penalty by Zlatan Ibrahimovic. After struggling to break through a
painfully defensive Siena backline in the opening 45 minutes, it was Milan midfielder Antonio
Nocerino who shot the hosts ahead [.
AC Milan have agreed a deal with Catania to sign Maxi Lopez. The Milanese club are looking for a
new forward after Antonio Cassano underwent heart surgery earlier this month. Milan have been
heavily linked with the troublesome Carlos Tevez in recent weeks, with a loan deal their preferred
option. However, Manchester City want to recoup some of the £50 million they allegedly spent to
bring him to.

Serie A did not disappoint this weekend with some cracking action. Juventus won away at Lazio and

Another brilliant weekend in Serie A where two fallen giants must address their continued bad form.
Both Inter Milan and Roma were the talking points this weekend as both teams records domestically
continue to decay. Inter Milan lost at home to Udinese 1-0 where Roma lost 3-0 away at Fiorentina
and had 3 players sent off.
Inter Milan overcame Fiorentina 2-0 thanks to goals by Giampaolo Pazzini and Yuto Nagatomo to move
up to ninth in the Serie A. Inter Milan picked up a much needed win thanks to goals from Giampaolo
Pazzini and Yuto Nagatomo to gave coach Claudio Ranieri some early festive cheers after a wretched
few weeks.
With another match day already upon us Serie A did not disappoint at the weekend and there was some
cracking action. Apart from Napoli all of the top teams in Italy picked up wins i.e. AC Milan,
