They Think It's All Over... thinks that Adebayor's proposed move to Manchester City would be a bad
move for both parties.
How long does he have left?
With Portugal on the verge of non-qualification for the World Cup in 2010, manager Carlos
Queiroz is under extreme pressure and has the very real possibility of unemployment looming over
him. Given this threat, and inevitability that this will occur, I ask you.
Today it was announced at 10am that the new Chelsea boss would be Carlos Ancelotti formerly of
AC Milan. He has publicly shown his interest in signing Adebayor and now the funds are definitely
there it should be clear that Adebayor should leave Arsenal!
Personally I have never been that greater fan of him even when he scored 30 goals a season
simply because he scored at a ratio of 3 to one golden chances therefore not making him that
good.
.
This is a David vs. Goliath battle, but then again, we all know who came up on top in that
one.
Manchester United have been handed a fairly easy fixture to kick-start their
Premier League campaign, and should ease their way to the three points.
However, even a draw at Old Trafford will result in a few raised eyebrows
pointing towards Real Madrid and Manchester City – the two
clubs that drained two superstars from Sir Alex Ferguson's side Cristiano
Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez.
They Think It's All Over... wonders to what use Sir Alex Ferguson will put the £80m fee he is to
receive for Cristiano Ronaldo.
The week's Ultimate 11's is another potential all Mustard line up. Dave Hunter gives us his Real
Madrid 11, it's a pretty decent team but we do feel there's a few players missing, we won't mention
any names we'll leave that to you!
Do you really know your clubs proud history or are you just a teenage glory hunter?
They Think It's All Over... calls Sir Alex Ferguson's bluff. United will sign at least one more
player this Summer, I stake my reputation on it.
