Chelsea vs Ipswich Town January 9, 2011- Stamford Bridge London Chelsea crushed Ipswich Town 7-0 in
the third round of the FA Cup to go marching into the fourth round. Convincing result for Carlo
Ancelotti's side and a 7-0 win will do well to put their recent poor league form behind them.

Jose Mourinho issued a remarkable come and get me plea to Premier League sides last night after
seeing hisReal Madrid side beat Sevilla 1-0 victory in the Copa del Rey semi-final first leg last
night.
Speaking after the game Mourinho said:
"I've decided to return to England.
The kiss of death.
Nightmares of 2007.
Grossly disappointing. I'm actually kind of pissed off, not just with the way we conceded
another late leveler against Aston Villa, either. That's the same Aston Villa who have done fuck
all over the past month or so (kind of like us).
Croatian International, Nico Krancar, 26, looks likely to leave Tottenham in January
after the club stated that a bid of around 9 million would be accepted...
Bio: Despite continued speculation that he would move to Arsenal, Nico chose to
leave Hajduk Split for Portsmouth in 2006.
Still like Salomon and Nic over this young lad, Carlo?
Yeah, you probably do. Dammit.
Chelsea manager donates to Help the Aged It will please Chelsea fans that Carlo Ancelotti is
interested in the youth players that his club is bringing through, and that the Italian manager
wanted to take in the FA Youth Cup game between his side and Arsenal. Ancelotti was, however, put
in his place. With 15,000 [.

Here's an abbreviated look at the match for those who were unable to catch it. Stunner from
Sturridge for our fifth.
Everton's South African International winger Steven Pienaar, will become a free agent in the
summer, and if that happens he will have lots of top clubs after him. Steven Pienaar - free agent

Better late than never, eh?
The Sypnosis
"I'm a fan of Chelsea. Chelsea are the only team that can play.
Chelsea players have by far the most impressive reproductive organs. Stamford Bridge is my church.
The men who play there are my Gods.
Now that the transfer window is open, lots of managers are looking to strengthen their squads.
Managers like Everton's David Moyes seem typical; he's looking to sign a striker, having repeatedly
bemoaned his team's lack of ability to finish in front of goal, most recently after the away draw
at West Ham.
I was reading a quote from Carlo Ancelotti after he was asked about the financial power that
Manchester City have these days and the squad's United and Arsenal have and it got me thinking like
the rest of you. Carlo said:
"I think that in this moment it is clear. Manchester City are spending a lot of money
because they needed to improve their squad, they were not so good in the past and they use a lot of
money to compete with other teams.
Last week Tottenham clinched a deal for former Everton midfielder Steven Pienaar, and much was
said about the South African's decision to choose White Hart Lane over a move to defending
champions Chelsea. Despite the rumors of Roman Abramovich cutting back on his outlays, manager
Carlo Ancelotti insists Pienaar was not top priority for the Blues.
Here's a great Third Eye clip from Soccer AM -- Carlo Ancelotti was in attendance at Stamford
Bridge for the Chelsea U-18 team's FA Youth Cup match against Arsenal when he found out that being
Carlo Ancelotti does not trump the writing on an old woman's ticket.
Last week, Chelsea Coach Carlo Ancelotti decided to take in a FA Youth Cup match featuring Chelsea
and Arsenal at Stamford Bridge. Unfortunately, for Ancelotti, but fortunately for us, the Italian
figured he could sit any seat he so desired; however, he chose the seat of an elderly Arsenal fan
who was not having any of it:

Chelsea's big win against Bolton Wanderers last Monday give a much more valid prove that the
Blues are finally getting back into their old self, with the striking department start to click
their engine once again the other part of the team looked more secured.
However, aside from applauding the improvement that his squad are making, the club's tactician,
Carlo Ancelotti, still plan to add the defensive reinforcement he has been planning since the
winter and the tactician confirmed that David Luiz is their new target.
Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti spoke of "turning corners" and of having brought to an end a
"difficult moment which went on too long", following their much-needed victory over Bolton
Wanderers. The Blues won in a one-sided affair at the Reebok Stadium with unanswered goals from
Didier Drogba, Florent Malouda, Nicolas Anelka and Ramires, and the result marks the first time
that they have won back-to-back Premier League wins since the end of October.
A repeat of last season's 7-1 romp at the Bridge? Don't count on it. Hell, right now, I'll take
a stoppage time goal of the most outrageous variety, off an ass, whatever.
Preferably from the Honey Monster, though.

Happy New Year's.
Robert is back. Happy New Year indeed.
Now, give us a win Carlo.
The year 2010 will always be remembered as the year that Chelsea won their first ever historic
double!. It was a remarkable achievement in Carlo Ancelotti's first season as our manager. Chelsea
were fantastic and played the kind of football that Roman Abramovich had craved for a long
time.
We have had our ups and downs, have some established names leave the club, and made a signing.

Goddamnit.
I don't want to say my expectations were high. They certainly weren't. But there was a belief
nestled inside my beautiful skull that there would be something to grab hold of today at Stamford
Bridge. Some concrete evidence that would suggest we were on the mend and on the up.
Just when things seems to start going well again for Chelsea, the London club once again left
disappointed last weekend after dropping more points from the teams above them in the league after
Carlo Ancelotti's boys failed to secure the three point against Aston Villa.
Despite getting a 3-2 lead with just a few minutes left in the clock, the Blues bottled their
lead and gave away a late equalizer in injury time which left the Italian coach bitter, claiming
the absentees in defense were one of the important aspect that cost the the three points.
So I'm doing my daily scout of footballing news and I come across this: Chelsea can
still win title says boss Ancelotti - I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this Carlo, but no, it's
just not going to happen...
After Chelsea drew at home to Aston Villa 3-3 Carlo mentioned in his post match interview that
Chelsea had a chance:
"It's not over because we are improving and I think we can still have a say on the season," said
Ancelotti.
A rubbish rumour only a few weeks ago now appears an actual possibility. You have to be kidding
me.
Shipping out this month?
Take a look at the photograph that accompanies yesterday's recap of the Aston Villa match. On
the surface it appears a galvanizing moment.
Didier Drogba has given an interview on Chelsea's recent form featured in The Telegraph on his own
battles, the mood in the Chelsea dressing room and has given a message to the Chelsea fans. He
said:
"Chelsea's current position compared to last season is actually very similar but maybe
our injuries and less goals have brought about a negative mood, In the last weeks Carlo Ancelotti
has been unhappy — and the squad, too.

David Beckham lives in a place just off the coast of a little place we call planet Earth.
The season is still pretty much at halfway but Chelsea's recent unconvincing run seems to give
their coach, Carlo Ancelotti, a little doubt regarding their chances in retaining the premiership
title this season.
Although the Italian coach isn't preparing to surrender their title as just yet but Ancelotti
seems preparing for the worse especially since the current situation showed that the performances
of his players are a step below their potential, not to mention injury problems that have been
troubling them this season.
Another must-win. Fancy that.
Hey, it's Borini.

Mick McCarthy spoke ahead of the game tonight and of Chelsea. He said:
"Everyone will be tipping Chelsea to turn their season around, and that suits me fine.
Chelsea should beat Wolverhampton Wanderers. Surely that is a fact of the league. I'm not
suggesting for one minute that they will, and if that heaps a little bit more on them, then happy
days.
According to Chelsea's official website, Chelsea manager Carlo
Ancelotti admitted that he would like to bring in a player this transfer window. Ancelotti
said,
"We are not desperate ... If everything stays okay, without injuries, then we will be able to
fight back for the title without any new players .
Business needs to be taken care of.
The end appears near.
Ladies, gents, we've reached a new low.
No MotM poll today. There is no need. And there are much more pressing matters to be
addressed.
More dross. Included in the dross, a first loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux for the
first time in decades.
