I am not quite certain how we lost our cherished banana skin outfit but its pretty clear that
Man.Utd found it. There is no reward for its safe return. Keep it, you're welcome. We still have
the casual wear Premiership 'blip' jacket but with any luck we will soon dispose of this too. By a
peculiar irony we drew Leeds, at The Lane in the next round of the Cup.
Stoke boss Tony Pulis has defended under-fire Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez as he prepared for a

Ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with Stoke at the Britannia Stadium, the scenario for
Benitez could not be worse after losing influential skipper Steven Gerard, star striker Fernando
Torres and key midfielder Yossi Benayoun to injury following the game with the Royals.

En un día tan mexicano, la sonrisa del delantero mexicano Carlos Vela tomo por fin sentido al

I thought it was about time I awoke from my blog slumber and made an effort to put my hands on a
keyboard, to be honest I felt like doing it last Wednesday after we beat the Marsh Landers, but
although it was nice to beat the Spuds, the stopping of the gobbing off and text messages was more
akin to scraping something unpleasant off the bottom of my shoe, they are just an unnecessary
irritation.
Whether it's a coincidence or not, two EPL London giants, Chelsea and Arsenal, that will be

The blues defeated their rival, Marseille with two goals from John Terry and Nicolas Anelka at

Manchester City and Manchester United Tectonic Plates shifting? is a post from: Just
Football
It was just like any other weekend for football in contemporary Manchester. Team A, the one with
all the money and expensive players, grinded out an impressive victory in challenging circumstances
to maintain a promising title challenge.
I admit to being a little baffled by Wenger's words on our five-year trophy drought:
"There is as well a lot of demands from people who know you are at the top and they try always
to find your weakness... They try to exploit that [we haven't won anything] and I believe you have
take a distance from that"
I sort of understand what he means here, but surely we can only be considered to be "at the top"
if we have won something?
