The field is set for the 2012 CONCACAF Under-17 Women's Championship being held in Guatemala in early May after Karla Riley scored her second goal in four days and led Panama to a 2-1 victory over Costa Rica last Saturday to give her country the final berth in the eight-team tournament.
Riley, who scored in each of Panama's four qualifying victories, tallied the winner in the 80th minute to complete a 3-1 aggregate triumph.

Today Sporting KC confirmed what I'd posted about yesterday. LIVESTRONG Sporting Park will be hosting semifinals and finals of Olympic qualifying. The first round of games will be in Carson, CA at the Home Depot Center and in Nashville, TN at LP Field March 22nd through the 27th. KC will host the semifinals on the 31st and the final on April 2nd.

Panama clinched Central America's third and final berth for CONCACAF Olympic Qualifying with a 1-1 draw against Costa Rica. The two met Nov. 3 at Estadio Alejandro Morera Soto in Alajuela, Costa Rica. Panama won 3-2 on aggregate after a 2-1 win in the first leg at home in Panama City Oct. 26.
Honduras and El Salvador round out the group of qualifiers from Central America.

Panama grabbed a 2-1 lead over Costa Rica following the first leg of the Central American playoff for the region's third and last berth in the CONCACAF Olympic qualifying finals. Costa Rica will return home to Estadio Alejandro Morera Soto in Alajuela on Nov. 3 for the second leg.

Honduras booked a spot at the CONCACAF Olympic qualifying finals with a 5-0 win against Nicaragua earlier this week. The 5-0 win gave Honduras the edge on goal differential against Costa Rica.
